to my dear lunch buddies.

 

i'm liking Zander so far. he can be a tricky little tomtom, but he seems attentive, questioning and is pushing outwardly. he also was the first to call attention to what i felt was the most "important" thing to happen in the early pages, a set of introductory posts by Wildfire Sedai.

 

while not necessarily a perfect "tell", something i generally look for in a player's spouts of posting is where their interior focus is. are they squinting their eyes into the distant horizon searching for that elusive future? are they contained within a small room with but a single door and just franctically trying to blockade it with their dresser, laundry baskets, tables? i for one saw wildfire's concern mostly being interior; reacting to words about her in the thread, not trying to communicate outwardly, and brash of posting that recently ended in a slightly more elaborate answer in the form of a short essay.

 

i have my reservations on that response, but do not want to be too hasty in judging!

 

other ticks and tacks: Hallia's level of engagement and attitude are good but she is capable of doing so as a wolf. fools rush in where angels fear to thread there is one specific thing I have noticed about her wolfgame (assuming my research is of merit) that she hasn't replicated but i'd rather continue to observe then make a call on it now. to be continued...

 

i wait here for others to make an impression on me, but perhaps such hopes are a folly.

Okay that didn't come out right. ebwop. Everyone was taking the "test" during the game (don't ask me which one cause I don't remember) so I took it and came out an introvert.

i have seen you post before, i'm an introvert so that's no excuse :P

 

usually you're making connections in your brain, even if we don't exactly think on the same wavelength at times i think i'd be able to recognize the scoping

 

like one thing i like about hallia is i said something offhand to her and she dug and worked her brain to think about it. admittedly i think she's capable of that as a wolf (or thought i may have been attempting to soft something and investigated it for NEFARIOUS reasons :P) but it's something i would guess would more likely come for her as a villager

and i understand it's early and the meat of the game should still be ahead of us, but things are stalling a bit so at least getting the discussion a little more OPEN can't hurt and i promise my mind is malleable

oh I think I see... cause I'm not picking apart the jokes??? I was told not to they are just jokes nothing substantial has happened yet afaict or maybe its just I've been so shell shocked from people saying: "that was a joke!" that I don't evaluate the beginning of d1 anymore.

it's not about dissecting small elements, it's the bigger picture. there's jokes, yes, but for example skim zander in ISO and tell me what you think. should only take a couple of minutes. start thinking about why players are taking the specific approaches they are.

one of the key things to consider is attention. at x or y point in the thread, who is getting attention? who is not getting attention? who is avoiding attention?

 

player x is trying to put attention on player y. etc. player z is shying away from the attention of player x. player y is responding to player x's attention with engagement.

 

player z isn't trying to put attention anywhere.

Well, I just read all 3 pages of it...and he's mostly joking around and putting pictures up there except for his focus on me...I have a sort of a theory to work on though it is kind of far fetched, but here goes: zander has said that I am like a female zander.  So, could that mean an almost confirmed townie from beginning of game?? I know that the rand is supposed to be different for each game but the only time I have ever randScum was in darthes game and there was no town only mason and jester.  and afaik zander has only randTown also.  So taking this into consideration, I am beginning to think that with his joke posts, his push on me, and not really playing as much as he usually does...though he hasn't been lately and I guess that's rl so not sure how to take that part...maybe zander is wolfy??  Also I KNOW I am TOWN.

 

 

Oh and based on this post and others maybe lenlo is townie??

 

So I just wanna get this out there, cause Reinhardt has no secrets, maybe get this game started, I cannot lynch people. Whoever I am voting for will not be lynched. Day will end if majority is reached on that person, but no one will die. Basically, I am a Super Governor whose power moves with his vote. And I am town.
