Kinda liking Dice, Nynlia and AJ.

Dice's blunt/direct questioning of WiFi followed by starting vote stick out to me as Town!Dice (IMO he hangs back more as Scum early on, someone correct me if I'm wrong/things have changed in recent games?). Kinda mind melding on WiFi = possi-Wolfy there for the reaction to pressure on the AJ vote. Will re-look here when I get home.

Nynlia are coming across happy/playful/relaxed. I liked Nyn's questioning early Believer/Zander interactions since I had the same sort of initial reaction reading through. I can see possi-Town reasons but not sure if it fits.

AJ's Believer-probably-Town post seems legit and I can follow the logic so Towny points there.

WiFi and Believer pinging most to me so far. I need to go back and read Believer Star Fox, but I get a confident, cocky vibe from him here that makes me think he likes tricking/playing with people. TLDR If that vibe's not there in SF where he was Town, making waves as AJ said could be an indicator here.

A couple of Zander posts made me *raise eyebrows* A couple of them made me smile and *put eyebrows back down*. Watching that space.

I think Penny's comment Re: Shad early > Rand Town read can be understood in the sense that Shad as Town is (in all the games I've seen) SUPER!!!!!SCARY!!!!!OBV!!!!TOWN from reeeeaaallly early on.

I'm gonna hate having Shander as a thing for a while, have never played with them without being able to use their interactions with each other for reads.

@Wildfire - Have you seen AJ Town/Heard of his rep as good Town?

Like, 'god that was an awkward joke vote' or 'Steve is subconsciously driven to joke vote people way more often as a wolf' can point to scum.

 

'Omg that joke vote put someone close to a lynch' is meaningless. I've probably seen a dozen villagers mislynched for a case that began with joke vote wagonomics. I've never once seen a villager mislynched as a joke.

FYI I'm not reading him either way, nor was that post hard-pushing anyone anywhere. It was me voicing the vibes I picked up on skim at work (ie. Gerrrofff me if you're not a Wolf. I'll re-look at everything when I get home).

It's sus that you vote me for comments about her play if you haven't analysed her play yourself. Being new doesn't mean you shouldn't be pressured by players who find your actions odd. 

 

WRT answers about AJ? Went back to ISO in case I missed something and these were all I could find. 

 

 

and giving aj towny points for being logical which he might do as either allignment but probably as a wolf more in my personal opinion (but anyway) when 4 people are voting him? could easily be a wolf trying to read correctly or a wolf protecting a pal, though i'd lean toward the former for now.

 

i want to clarify what i said about aj.

 

aj seems a little more aggressive than he was as a wolf here. some of his posts have some bite.

 

but it's just a little. and i'm still making up my mind.

 

 

 

I did comment/ask questions about this and you never answered me.

 

Basically, main sticking points to the first point:

- I see no logical Wolf motive and can't follow why I should be Wolfy for giving his post towny points, especially if you're leaning towards having him as Town. IMO 'Trying to read correctly' doesn't seem a Wolfy thing.

- It could be equally plausible that a wolf protects their pal when there's 4 people voting him by shifting votes onto someone else and maintains distance from them by giving a hedgey read (ie you could be sus);

- Contradiction between what you state is your opinion of AJ's play (more wolfy when being logical), and how you ultimately lean him in your post.

 

The last process was explained logically with your clarification post so is discarded tinfoil. I think essentially we had a similar thought process wrt AJ (leaning certain posts towards more-likely Town, being ultimately undecided on his role). Which means you could equally be hedging or Town us are legit unsure of AJ and each other and dancing in circles. 

 

Your push of me/responses leaning heavily on my earliest game impressions, commenting on nothing else and not seeming interested in actually trying to figure me out are probably the things which tilt me out the most.

Ok. I can copy and past the roster and say 25% of these players are wolves. It's not useful information in and of itself.

 

Like if Tiink's joke vote reads awkward then by all means call it out, but he's not more likely to be a wolf because ??? he has the least experience-based justification in making the joke. It's a joke. It requires no justification.

It kind of feels to me like you know sucking up to me failed for you before so you're going to try and keep me off your back by harassing me with out-of-game reasons instead.
