it seems seph was more attached to the idea of 'buddying' hallia than actually forming a town core around core town members.

I thought she was town, it isn't like I buddied her in every post I had towards her.

It fits perfectly. He floundered out a response and now is moving to convuluted damage control.

2 of the top Cory and Shad arent in the game.  Dice is.  Hallia as well to a bit lesser degree imo.
