She's a bit disconnected with the conversations--a lot of miscommunication, I mean, and I think she's a sort of careful wolf who will roll with being misunderstood if she thinks it looks better for her that way.

Yeah, I don't feel like she's being careful. i feel like she's saying whatever she thinks. She's not worried about it.

 

For me, I see a difference from her last game (subjectively stated, because I was modding and not playing). There was an undertone to her posts of contentment that I'm missing here. You could notice it more so as the game progressed and townie deaths were pilling (and you'd expect a townie to be frustrated) but i think it was noticeable before too.

Tuning a town game to not diverge wildly from your wolf game vs tuning a wolf game to not diverge wildly from your town game.

 

It's backwards, as Kivam pointed out, but I felt it was what Besie was doing if she's town, and she admitted as much later.

 

I mean the whole "this is the same response I would give you as either alignment" statement is silly in your first town game. I asked her the exact same question in her first wolf game and got the same response. First town game--that's your opportunity to break the mold "bitch I'm town for realz this time" kind of thing.  You're not supposed to mirror your wolf statements--you're supposed to show your villa heart and force your future wolf games to step up a notch.  Isn't what happened and doesn't make her a wolf, but it's why her response rubbed me (and probably why a lot of others took issue with it too).

You have to remember that she was hydra the previous game. She stepped in and went wild to defend their town honor after Gia made them sound like scum.
