It is harder being a woman. For one, Women are expected to care about each other. Easily the number one perk for me is being allowed to wear my utter disdain for other men on my sleeves. Yet hold doors for women and treat them with respect and I am still a good guy. Small societal expectations for men. Gotta love em.
