I had a weird start with dice. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and gave him an early town read.

 

But other people started suspecting him, and then his response to the Zander/Turin thing caught my attention.

 

I really need to take another look at his game so far.

Ok, dice's game overall feels towny. It's his response to the turin/zander thing and his defense of zander that feels off to me.

 

Another thing I noticed while going over his ISO is he goes from Turin being his top suspect to believing the town claim. Why the 180?

yep.  I dont think anythings really been resolved. I cant point at one and say i think that one is scum. Zanders reactions havent been great but i dont like that EVERY vote went against him. its not THAT clearcut 

 

I disagree. Turin is in a much better position then Zander imo, the evidence brought against Zander while not damning is a good amount. The treatment of the role is odd. As for nothing really being resolved, what made you switch from one of those two has to die today, they are the lynches, to you refusing to lynch either of them? You say you dont like how every vote went against him yet not every vote has. Infact it looks to be stalling out, rather then picking up speed like you would expect if this was a townie lynch. Wolves would want to make it happen.

 

Now thats not grounds to add to the case against Zander, the fact that its stalling doesnt say anything new or credible about him imo, but it does counter your point that because every vote went against him he is probably town.

There are a surprising number of references of Zander referring to his own game as "being within his scum range". His early read on dice is because he doesn't see his own game as being town. This doesn't sound to me like something town would be thinking about.

First paragraph, fair enough when you put it that way. I can humor that the decision to drop your guise came before Turin figured out who you were. This idea that your QT couldn't be useful because it was not public is still weird.

Yes, because posting in a QT and someone else posting in chat around the same time has never happened before. Thats a weak argument. Why the secret name is what gets me. In what way does the other person knowing its you harm you? Its not a lover, they cant kill themselves to get you, its nothing. If you were right that it was a T/W chat, the towny shouldnt care because they know they are town. The only one worried about that would be a wolf. Imo, very few towns have anything to hide.

 

 

Im saying if I was Scum and trying to avoid detection, I would have posted in one or the other first then waited.  Posting at both at the same time is pretty likely to tip that it was me.

 

Ive said this before and Ill say it again I had to look up the role.  I read made a decision quickly and jumped into both, the latter part is what made just post because I felt like it was pointless as we couldnt trust each other.

 

 

His case is on nothing but the QT crap.

Turin has QT access and either uses it to further develop a read on you or fakes the same. You have QT access and avoid it/call it crap/get upset that he's bringing it into the main thread discussion. Do you see why this looks better for Turin than for you?

I feel like Zander's flip could be very telling about dice's alignment.

 

If Zander and dice are both scum, turin is almost assuredly town. I don't see a scenario where they try to pull this off as a scum team, cuz as soon as one of turin/zander gets lynched, it all falls apart.

 

 

If Zander flips scum, Turin is already almost assuredly town. No wolf team plays a gambit that almost guarantees one of them dies while leaving the other open to all sorts of suspicion should the survive to long. 

 

Dice I feel is a wolf separate from the Zander thing. Hes been very defensive and reactionary this game.

Turin dropped the yolo read, then in #212 says some null things about you that you treat as a scummy push on you in #315. I asked you about it at the time and pointed out that Turin called you scum but never gave a reason and only had null things to say about you later (at least up to that point).

 

In #322 you accuse Turin of sheeping you on Dice.  This is the topic where you're disagreeing on what factually happened in QT.  You ask him some questions but don't state conclusions.  You agree with McClane that he should be a wagon.  You repeat that you would lynch Turin.  You hint that you're Neighbors with him and don't trust him.  That's it prior to the hard claim.

 

What's your case on him outside of denying what he claims he said in QT?

If as he himself said, one of them is indeed not town, then I believe it is Zander who is scum of the two.

 

Not sure how I feel about Dice. Dice's meta doesn't ever really seem to help me one way or another. 

 

Town reads on Rey and Alanna. Null on BFG, Shad, and Niniel. After a Zander flip I'd move on to my null reads

He drops a couple town reads. One on John (who I feel was already fairly consensus town) and one on me.

 

He goes from having a town lean on Zander pre-claim to a scum lean on him after the points against him Turin made about the QT. Again, following the vibe of the thread.

Yes, because posting in a QT and someone else posting in chat around the same time has never happened before. Thats a weak argument. Why the secret name is what gets me. In what way does the other person knowing its you harm you? Its not a lover, they cant kill themselves to get you, its nothing. If you were right that it was a T/W chat, the towny shouldnt care because they know they are town. The only one worried about that would be a wolf. Imo, very few towns have anything to hide.

 

 

Im saying if I was Scum and trying to avoid detection, I would have posted in one or the other first then waited.  Posting at both at the same time is pretty likely to tip that it was me.

 

Ive said this before and Ill say it again I had to look up the role.  I read made a decision quickly and jumped into both, the latter part is what made just post because I felt like it was pointless as we couldnt trust each other.

 

 

His case is on nothing but the QT crap.

Turin has QT access and either uses it to further develop a read on you or fakes the same. You have QT access and avoid it/call it crap/get upset that he's bringing it into the main thread discussion. Do you see why this looks better for Turin than for you?

Eldrick looks town to me based on his interactions with Tsuki a while ago. Was very ready to vote Tsuki pre-claim.

In terms of Turin vs. Zander, I had a stronger town lean on Zander previously, but based on his actions in the QT and his subsequent attempt to defend himself, he comes across as the scummier of the two to me. If as he himself said, one of them is indeed not town, then I believe it is Zander who is scum of the two.

 

Not sure how I feel about Dice. Dice's meta doesn't ever really seem to help me one way or another. 

 

Town reads on Rey and Alanna. Null on BFG, Shad, and Niniel. After a Zander flip I'd move on to my null reads
