I'm really not that confident in my reads yet, I feel like there hasn't been a lot to go off of, just the same "why did you vote x, I don't like that, you only do xyz as wolf, yadda yadda yadda". Basically, there hasn't been a lot of substance and that bothers me as far as D1 goes. As for noting my list, Kronos is my peek, Monstr is giving me good feels. Turin, though I didn't agree with some of his pushes, his responses have been solid enough. Lenlo and BFG slightest town reads because their posts didn't make me want to throw my laptop at the wall. The huge null section either made me want to throw my computer at the wall, has given me no leans thus far, or hasn't posted at all. Nulls are mostly un-ordered. I really really hate having Zander as my lowest read but there is something off and his pushes are not coming off to me as genuine enough. I'm also having a hard time following some of his arguments because they don't make logical sense and I know he knows better than to try and put a square peg in a round hole.

Why?

Of the people with votes I think you have the highest chance of being mafia. In part because I don't really believe either Sooh or Alanna are mafia.

 

 

And I love competing trains.

Sooh, hally, and laine are all playing fairly townie games but I dont think any of them are fully ohtside of their wolf ranges yet.

 

I don't have any of them as clear but putting them in the order of likelihood I think Zander is the most likely to be mafia. A large part of my bad feel on Zander is how he dealt with me earlier. I think he knows more of my town meta than that I'm not always in sync with everyone to start but seemed to discount that in favor for a weaker mafia read that I "push weak cases". It was the start of the game and I saw something that perked my ears up. I'm not gonna not pursue it. I did. 

 

I don't know about his RL issues. I sympathize if he is having a crisis. I hope that improves cause we are all still friendly people playing a game. 

 

 

Z, I really do hope things get better. I have been in the RL dumps myself.

Can you talk more about Lenlo, Eldrick and Darthe?

 

 

Lenlo is super involved and takinf and posting notes.  He has a broader scope of the game then I expect from Scum!Lenlo

 

Eldrick, the more all over the place the more I find it likely that he's Town.  He's not forcing things and seems genuine in his approach to reads/thoughts.

 

Darthe is tricky, like I know Darthe can be all over the place and does his own thing.  But in your game he was more understandable, like I ould see where he was coming from as opposed to here where I cant, I didnt like is AtE type posts, and it feels like hes trying to make stuff fit and that kinda reminds me of Cory's game.

First of all I'm going to expand on Zander a little bit and then finish catching up from page 27.

 

I commented on post 242 where he made a push and voted Darthe for his activity/involvement. I think where it's not sitting right with me. First of all, different players and different RL circumstances. I know very well that my RL affects how I play the game becasue I can't always be here when I want to be and from experience I know that Darthe is the same. But to say that Darthe's game here and now is more akin to his play in Cory's on VS is false as far as I know. I read some of that game and Darthe was largely ABSENT for the whole first day, if not more. Here though, Darthe is present and involved and being his normal weird self. As far as I'm concerned, this evaluation by Zander falls short for me.

 

 

I asked which post, but told him he didn't have to tell me right away if he didn't want to for whatever reason he might have had. I don't know what Turin is thinking, so I was going to let him do whatever his play was IF there was one, and then I was going to come back for answers. Why is it such a big deal that I hadn't thought this one all the way through?

This one super pinged me because Sooh's explanation is perfectly fine and when I was catching up I was nodding along like "yes this is good, let's wait for Turin to say what he means once he gets a reaction" but then Zander is swooping in "town doesn't do this. you're doing it wrong. blah blah" which comes off very not right to me. This is a commonplace tactic in games and Zander has been playing long enough that he knows sometimes people hold cards close to their chest and that's NOT wolfy. Yet here he is using it against Sooh and that's faulty.

 

This is just the two that I mentioned in my original catch up post but there were some other posts that sat off with me which I would have to ISO (I hate Zander ISOs, too many damn posts). Besides this, I'm not on the same page with Zander right now and that either means my reads are bad or Zander is wolf. Right now I'm leaning wolf.

Zander is of the opinion that anyone is town should town read him at all times. Dunno if sussing him automatically leading to him scum reading a person is necessarily good for his reads.

I'm back to null on darthe. The fact that he ignored the unvote talk is part for the course for not caring about his vote. If he really didn't know he had to unvote, then voting without doing so is null as well.

 

Sooh's read on Hally is really the only thing bugging me about her atp. I'm gonna fact check tonight and make sure the catchup post was before her read, but for now [unvote]

 

Nothing to go with on thane. Not holding that against him yet, but if it continues that's a problem.

 

I'm not seeing the wim I'm used to seeing with laine. I hope that changes. I want her to be town here.

Don't like this at all. It's easily possible that they are both town, and you could be trying to get us to pick between 2 townies.
