In a long list of successful Purdue quarterbacks, I struggle to come up with one that was more successful in the NFL.

True story - my friend thought he was going to get murdered by Curtis Painter.  We were working a restaurant on campus one day, and my friend was up front looking at a copy of the school newspaper that somebody had left.  Painter was on the cover.  My friend picks it up and goes, "What the hell is this picture?  Painter looks so damn goofy all the time.  He looks like a freaking elf in this."

 

The next thing he knows, a head pops out from the nearest wall and gives my friend this death stare.  Painter ate at our restaurant a lot.  Apparently my friend didn't realize he had come in for lunch that day.  He slowly sidesteps away from the register.
