I don't know, I felt kind of dirty going on some bs rant about how Laine is a terrible player in Pulp Fiction, but at the end of the day I knew everyone would know I was lying after the game so /shrug.  I've yet to see an AtE play that I consider over the line.

Only thing I've seen in mafia so far that I consider kind of cheap is when people bring private conversations with the mods into play.

So next game, if I don't get my way, I'm going to threaten to sub out. LOL

I wasn't in THAT game.

Like "I asked permission before saying this" type crap because I've correctly locked a few players in as town for the simple fact that they weren't modkilled afterwards and that's not really fair.

Then you realize mafia asks questions, too.  But I understand the point you're making.

Just match your role PMs with other players to confirm their alignments and gg

I thought about doing this once when a player paraphrased his and it was worded totally different from mine.  Seemed like a good plan in the heat of the moment.

But I had the decency to ask the mod and accept a "that's a terrible idea" response instead of actually doing it.  <_<

Honestly considering I remember the "Role PM matching" and sort of stuff we used to talk about and yell about back in the day I think it's really impressive how both competitive and yet friendly the games here are now. For the most part all of us like eachother a lot and get along and can keep the games contained within the game, but that doesn't translate to a lack of passion in the game itself.

And the level of play is generally pretty high. The new-er blood has been smart and ready to learn and has kept the player base from stagnating.

Way to go, DragonMount Mafia Forum.

The last thing I can think of was in the Matrix game where Rack said "Nolder told me that I need to submit a vengeful kill target by 3 PM since he wasn't going to be around" or something like that.

Stuff like that I think should be a forum-wide modkill.

What's your stance on rants regarding Simonds?

I'd never piss Alanna off!!!!!

I love you Laine.  You know this.

That's okay, you two and Chris are on my list of "those who I'll never let forget they lynched and/or insulted me"

Thankfully for you, this is a friendly list, and you're not on the same list as Darthe and EP

OMG I TOTALLY JUST REALIZED I WAS GOING TO MAKE ZANDER SIMONDS FOR THIS GAME.

And I missed my opportunity to beat the life out of him.  I regret everything.

I think it was more Tom embarassing DM villagers for basically a year to the point where they decided they needed to take the old #alliace "play better" mantra to heart
