I'm not hemophiliac, just diabetic. But when I have low blood sugar it's harder for my self-stabbied fingers to stop bleeding.

That would suck. Just another reason I'm really glad I'm not diabetic.

Some people are borderline diabetic. So it's good to get checked out for it if your family has it
