Today I cored strawberries, filled them with cheesecake and covered the top in mini chocolate chips.

 

That was a good little dessert

I almost lost a tooth eating a cadbury egg once. I haven't had one since. I also broke a tooth on a dorito. Terrible experience.

Alannalynn to make this filling mix 12oz of cream cheese (put in microwave 30 seconds to soften), 1tsp of vanilla, and about 6 tbsp of powdered sugar until it's all creamy. Fill your strawberries, dip the ends in your chocolate chips or nuts (pistachios imo) and fridge em for 30. Makes enough to fill about 30 strawberries.
