Attention everyone, I have a very special announcement to make!

 

The Archers started a new program a while back for the Archer of the Month. We have decided to revive this program, and honor the Archer we feel contrbuted the most to the Regiment for each month.

 

It was a very difficult decision, and the winner is by one vote. So I first off would like to thank all of those who were in the running for such awesome work in the Archers Regiment. You are all a tribute to the Archers, and without people like you, our regiment would have died a long time ago.

 

Now for our winner for the Month of January.

 

Ms. Danya, would you please come forward?

 

Your fellow Archers would like to recognize you for your outstanding work in January, up til you had to leave us for a while due to RL issues. You did a marvelous job keeping the Archers together through a time of crisis.

 

You have been selected as our Archer of the Month for many reasons, and we all hope to see you return to us when RL is less so stressful for you.

Thank you so much. Sheli knows that I dont think I deserve it at all since I left you all. but still I'd like to say thanks, and that I appriciate this so very much. I love the Archers, tehy have been my regiment for over a year and I hope I still have a place among you when I return wich will be around may/june :P (if I have time that is)

 

and time of Crisis... from what I have heard the Archers arent the only one who's suffering some problems at the time, and it makes me sad actually.. I used to have fun in the Band! you could still have that if you all just.... stopped taking this place so seriously.. the archers wont die if the infantry or cavalry wins a competition, the world wont end if something is done that you dont agree on! this is a frigging internetsite.. and many of us has let some stuff go to our heads... I'm just sitting here thinking, is it really that difficult to remember that this isnt the end of the world? most of you are adults.. why should you care about images of weapons in this thread or that.. why should you care about who is mod? sprry for ruining this thread I jsut wanted to point it out. you are adults, please act like it..

it's okay hon, and the poll was posted after you had left the Archers, and you were still voted as Archer of the month, so obviously, you DO deserve the award *nods*

 

And I agree with what you have said, sometimes it is hard not to let some things get to your heart, but the biggest thing is realizing when it is, and stepping back and remembering the fact that IS just an online community, and that it is all for fun.
