Depending on the game sometimes I'm really reserved and sometimes I vote a lot. This game is one of the latter.

@Alanna - The reference to you and Zander was a chat that went between you the other morning, I realise now, that is the time you are both on at the same time, it looked at the time a bit like he was buddying you.

im gonna go iso soon but did you put out reads list or try to build a case on anyone else? i really wanna believe your just tinfoiling or reading me wrong atp. but others have made some comments and you seem to back off. i dont know if your backtracking or coming to a different conclusion on me.

When you ISO you will see, then ask questions. Please remember I sleep when everyone posts, I have to try and catch up at work (which is hard when there are so many pages to go through), and so posts are few and just quick things I see. I've not long got home, which is where I can actually start looking, and have to make sure daughter is ok too.

I have managed to look at your last two games and to me the posting seems off here in places, there is a slight different tone or carefulness, can't quite put my finger on it, I suppose it's more of a feel. I took what Sooh said and looked it up for myself. It would be interesting to see what you post like when wolf, have you been in any games where wolf?

Also looking at Sooh, wasn't keen on her bit on AH nor her explanation, and want to go over wombrej too. AJ's popping in and saying nothing seemed like he was nudged to come back here. now leave me alone for a min so I can get on with my work...please :tongue:

I care but I'm not interested in affecting his game. Hydras are a two edged sword, Turin regularly gets hung up on stuff that's too analytical and nitpick but it's on him if he does it here.

Right. Let me break it down.

It's basically a self-vote - since Turin claimed to peek his hydra buddy a wolf.

The REASON Dice is ascribing so much scum value to a self-vote [which is usually dumb but not really alignment indicative] is because he thinks this looks like a staged interaction orchestrated by Darthe for lulz.

I won't say I'm the GOAT Turin reader but I don't recall his game being self-vote lulzy. I *DO* know Darthe's meta and can absolutely see Dice being 100% on the money with this.

Turin has been hard defending this play by trying to force Dice into ascribing a numerical value to the odds of him doing this as Town vs Scum. And that's complete horse pucky. If that was just a joke, why not say "lulz jkjk?" This defense is really pinging hard because it's way off point and the play itself seems out of character for Turin.

So there you go. Now you know why I've been riding Turin to answer me for two days and why I'm annoyed that he's been ignoring my question. I think he's ignoring the question because he doesn't have a good answer.

I'm going to finish my reread but I'm probably voting Durin.

My point being a quarter of all posts here have been about Dice/Durin and many of them reflect the mentality that we can't be the same alignment.

I'm curious to know what that's based off of. Internally all that I recognize here is that I was right to not vote Dice since the odds of him being town are at least standard in this situation and that someone really wants to make this a him or us situation today.

If anyone's interested in my thoughts on events they went something along the lines of

Dice: CLAIMED WOLF ABORT ABORT ABORT

Darthe: Lol dumdum why would I do that? U so sili

Dice: WOLLLLLLFFFFFFF

Darthe: You... You're serious?

Dice: OMG SO WOLF GUIZ I KNOW THIS

Having ISO'd Sooh, before this I like Sooh's posts, she seems more engaged that her last wolf game, and saying what she thinks more. Question in bolded blue below.

I'm kinda setting aside Dice/Durin at the moment. I don't think that'll be resolved today anyway, plus they might both be town.

Zander is basically always polite. It's rare to see anything else out of him. Also he is the guy who wants everyone to be happy, so I'm not surprised his posts read like that, Talya. He would be careful not to hurt anyone's feelings. 1. I can see him being poilite, it's a little more than that, have you seen him as Wolf? What was his game like then in your opinion?

Re Heart - I think her post coming in and clearly skimming and giving her thoughts is fine. What I didn't like, which may or may not have been a typo since it made little sense, was that she said she'd barely be here next week as well. At this point, even if she is town, how does it benefit town to keep her around? If she doesn't have the chance to make proper reads and ideas she's basically just , excuse the expression, dead weight. If she is scum and we take her out, then great. If she is town and we take her out, then at least she won't make bad decisions at must lynch because she hasn't been able to follow the thread and ask her questions. However, I do see the point that her flip may not tell us much.

That's how I see it anyway.

At this point in the game I'm just waiting for a flip to inform my reads further. I feel a little like I'm banging my head against the wall, and I think a lot of people do.

So you would be quite happy to lynch AH?

At some point somebody is going to have to explain these references to Mynd and other players I haven't played with before...

@ Sooh - thanks for the boy on Zander, I was going to check the other threads to see what he was like. He is s prolific payer here so that's why it might stand out.

@ Sooh again - I don't like the idea of just lunching someone just because you just don't want someone that may oray mot be around. This isn't smells wolfie to me. There was a feel of wanting an easy lynch on someone.

@ Alanna - I'm also a bit suspicious of AJ disappearing, I didn't like how tunnelling he was on Seph, I need to go over Womby's post tonight. Because he is coming across better

I'm not saying that Zander would not do this as a wolf. I think he probably would show the same level of politeness, so if you note something different about it it's probably worth looking into, but I'm not seeing it as of now.

As for Heart I'm not actively pushing her lynch, just saying I'm concerned if she doesn't become more active.

I know you are not at least not directly, but you looked like you would be quiet happy to jump on her train if required. What do you think of Hearts list and vote on Dice?

I dislike this post. We are town and didn't pre-plan the Op(which is what we would have had to have done for your argument to work) so clearly Turin is capable of making an op post like that. Further, dice specifically stated that he thought he had low odds of catching a wolf with this. Turin got hung up on that, sure, but only because Dice later became a rampant drop bear hate monster who crawled up our ass about us being a wolf over that same op he said had low odds of catching a wolf. I don't care whether you agree with the play or not but the internal consistency and performance of the both of us amounts to far more than what credit you're giving here.

Leelou atm. I made a post explaining why but no one really gave any input on it. The game is currently outpacing my ability to keep up with it and I'll have more thoughts when I'm not distracted, probably in an hour or two.

Up to page 57 I feel like Wombat's on the same page as me about a lot of things but I need to go back and reread him, I don't like that Salami voted Wombat without explanation and declined to clarify when I asked, then acted like he had no leads after I went to bed.

Meh, going to bed, I'll try to reread from page 1 tomorrow. It would be nice to hear some other people's thoughts on Leelou. Any other suggestions on who to give some added attention to would be nice. I'd like to know what csarmi has on WomboCombo.
