Ok, a few things before today's analysis:

 

1) Is there a restriction on the number of times Seph will come back? This role is new to me as well

Night Kills are still a thing, and some night the doc might choose to protect someone else (assuming Durin wasn't the doc). I don't think that question is that unreasonable. Is he guaranteed to make it to basically end game depending on when he is killed, or is he only going to come back to us once?

I wanted to know if he'd keep coming back to us or if he'd just be town with a target painted on his back and in need of my protection once he was resurrected

Sooh ISO:

 

Okay... This was not an easy ISO because it required pulling up other people's quotes in ISO to get context.

 

The Sooh ISO really begins with Leelou's first post where she called Sooh out on "pulling a Heart."

 

That was a bad push at the time and in retrospect was either way fake or a terrible distancing move.

 

Worth noting that Eldrick accused Sooh of buddying Heart with that opening. So if Sooh is Town that would look bad for Eldrick.

 

Sooh mentions she won't be around for EOD since that's 4AM her time here.

 

I'm okay with her Zander meta stuff and her early evolution on her Heart read. I also chuckled at how she handled NB's "this dog don't hunt" thing.

 

Even if I disagreed with half the list, her first real reads list in response to my line of questioning didn't sound terrible from her perspective. Nothing forced and no obvious agenda.

 

I hadn't noticed this before but this Sili post was a pretty good observation on something I missed. Sooh is a straight shooter.

Leelou might be bussing sooh for cred early on. I cant tell but her logic is kind of fuzzy and might indicate the use of inside knowledge. One of sooh or ah has a good chance. I will try to look harder at them.

 

 

I'm still thinking Sooh. I had a thought about it in my shower just now. I would so go for someone on my team day one. If you look back at how Leelou went for her, it was rubbish, and I dodn't think it was for the purpose of getting her lynched, but to pull the seer to look at her. It wasn't a good argument. Why not do that on one of your team, Sooh just brushed it off.

Heh no. Interesting the words that are used to describe it too. I think Eldrick described it as "pocketing Heart", when I was worried I'd offend her. I understand more Leelou's stance, but she couldn't possibly know that I was already late for work. Seems a bit aggressive for a first push though. I don't know.

I voted sooh because i spotted an inconsistency, and i don't understand how villa sooh would know heart was being normal, or didn't mention heart was receiving unwarranted criticism. it feels like she could have made a casual statement at the time real easy to the effect she didn't think anything of heart's first post. that she didn't and instead worried about whether heart would take the joke as an insult probably means she's not a good guy.

Ok. working my way through EoD1. I've read this post 4 times now. I can't see how Laine's train got started. Someone please help me out. There were 2 votes in quick succession because of that post, and I'm not seeing it.

I don't understand?  The people that voted were Clov [flipped Town], Durin [flip unknown but probably Town], and Seph [mod confirmed Town].  What does this mean in terms of a game solve?  You think Laine is scum??

 

 

I covered this. When I read, I don't always pay attention to the alignment of the person talking. Just what was said. I went back and checked, and commented on this myself. No, I don't think Laine is scum. I was looking for scum in those that pushed her because of that post.

 

 

 

Don't care one way or the other about leelou, but verb says she's probably town.

 

Losing focus. Want to remember to check into this (or someone else can). Sili voted Laine over Leelou. Reasoning being Verb thought she was town. What was Sili's view of Therbal at this point?

 

I know this vote has already been discussed, but I'm reading it now. And bonus of the knowledge that Verb was scum. Might make looking at it different.

 

A LOT of people look to Verb to read Leelou and Leelou to read Verb.  Count me among that group.  I think this is null.

 

 

After reflection, I came to this myself. It was just something I was looking into. I didn't have the mental faculties to finish at that point, which is why I posted for responses instead. Still curious what his read of Verb was at this time. Might be telling.

Why is there a scum in Heart/Wombo?

 

Because Leelou scumread them. Seph is clear. Durin is probably clear. That leaves those 2.

 

I may disregard this theory after I finish reading what I've missed tomorrow. Also finally get the chance to do a reread.

 

A dangerous theory. Prone to manipulation (intentional mis-spew or just totally random reads) from mafia side. I don't advise going this angle.

 

 

Both Yates and Verb have mentioned that Leelou puts one of her teammates in her scum pile. That's why I'm still holding on to this theory.The fact that it also lines up with people saying there's scum in AJ/Wombo is helping this.

 

 

Got a very hard time buying that you think that NB. Especially when you come with stuff like AtE style of play. Pretty surw you are supposed to know that i only gwt emotional as a villager.

If you're fairly certain there's a scum in Heart/Wombo, then why were you voting Sooh before this post and why are you still happy with a Sooh lynch?  That's called cognitive dissonance and it's not a good look.  If you are town, I think you need to reevaluate your certainty on your spew analysis, which to me looks pretty amateurish.

 

 

Because I'm looking for more than one wolf. I'm willing to lynch Sooh if she doesn't improve. As I've said, if she's town and can't contribute properly, she should replace. Lack of doing this and still not contributing will paint her as scum IMO.

Oh and re:my activity--thought I would be far more active. My grandma usually just leaves me behind and goes places when I stay with her. I think regardless of her flip that you'll find scum in the off wagons. The remaining wolves need to look clean and getting the blood of a lynched villager on their hands won't be good. If she flips wolf - well - with it down to the last few bussing really isn't optimal. Not worth losing another partner and making endgame parity all that harder to reach with them already down their GF and RB.

 

It should also be noted that I started the bus. I didn't stay on, but I do agree it's the direction to go today.

Darthe said something just before his death. that AH was first on the leelou train but that she may have just parked her vote somewhere safe knowing its the GF and was not a likely looking lynch. After all  that lynch just snapped into place.  I can see his point  AH has been inactive. I think she got trapped on that lynch..had no way off cause of how it happened

Eldrick, i think you vote and unvote a lot of ppl, and it looks jumpy. I can see some merit in what Yates says. On a level it reminds me of your wolf game when you said one thing, only backtracking when reproached. On another level it feels like you're more engaged because of it.

I do vote and unvote a lot of people. I've been working on that.

My impression of your wolf game. Is it wrong? When I look over your iso (and i just looked a bit), and today when you unvoted wombat and voted sooh just now, it looked like you were responding to ppl, changing ur views to fit with new pressures.

 

I can't say one way or the other if your impression of my wolf game is right or wrong. I think my game has changed over the course of the games I've had here since I got back, and that progression just happened to go from wolf games to town games.

 

As for my vote change to Sooh. That had nothing to do with pressure. I thought about my case on them, and it fell apart. Being I'm not confident they're wolf anymore, why would I continue voting them? I do still think there's a wolf between Wombo and Heart because of Leelou's reads, but I don't know which one it could be.

If you even considered there mason claim to be false I would feel better about voting heart. You are just callong everything i do derp. Heart may flip wolf, as well as sili may. We have different opinions on who has the better chance.
