the only way this is valid is if there ate a sufficient number of cleared players to use PoE. Otherwise it is praying to the gods of random.org

You're not going to get a bunch of cleared players D1.

 

Are you against the idea in general or lynching Not Bob specifically?

I have been thinking of this, I cannot pick out if this is anti town or not. 

As mafia this helps you if your players are active. and is a free mislynch

If I were a wolf then this game would already be in the bag with how it's playing out.

 

Nobody is getting blind lynched. The point is to rally and force them to start playing under the threat of being hung. Get some reactions and discussion going

OK, I managed to get a more solid night's sleep with the help of melatonin, albeit not long enough, and there are... other mitigating factors affecting my mood (TMI notwithstanding) that mean I may not be able to be as civil as I would like, but probably better than I would have last night.

Tell me, Turin, just because you decided to try to play against type and not buddy Ithi to start the game, do you think Ithi decided not to play like Town!Ithi intentionally?

Tress, That is possible in a way. Ithi is as transparent as anyone that actually plays this game if you look at exactly what she types. She does not posture. Read her posts again and don't tell me what they mean to you. The only true game comment so far was her questioning your percieved nudge about premature clearance by Seph. 
 
Seph, you thought the QT comment as a joke. It is possible that she did too. She did address the distancing line snow used. She didn't get right at Snow because he has been away and may not have seen the sign up thread comment.
 
 I think if you give it a little time you will see what you saw from Ithi in the other game.
 
And as far as my buddying Ithi when I choose to...

 Here is my entire answer. I was trying to be a little bit coy but I thought I gave the clues for how to read Ithi's posts to see what I was getting at without having to say she was u[set about my play style. That is out of the bag so I am going to show in her posts what I was hoping you would see by reading between the lines like you were so sucessful at in the last BT game while mentoring Seph. The bolded sections are the hints I leftto see the bolded in her posts.

 

The enlarged is my recommendation on what should be done with her. Remember that you asked me for my opinion on her play. I gave you an honest reply and a recommendation. Let's see what you did with it later.

That's the concern, Turin. Town!Ithi typically does not sit around and chitchat to start the game, she dives right in and starts pressuring for reactions.

She's not doing that here.

This is your reply. Note: my recommendation is NOT in here. Why bother asking if you are not going to even consider what I am saying? 

 

All you have done is restate that she didn't do what you thought she should do. That was obvious. It is the only reason you should ask me what you did. Again you didn't even bother to consider what I said. You just went staright on with your initial take.

 

My questions for you are:

 

Do you think I am lying?

Do you think I didn't know what was going on?

Did you think I was just flat out wrong?

Do you think She is making it all up as "gameplay"?  

 

Finally, What was your true reason for voting her?

A.) Was it to "jump start" the game? Is it started now? 

B.) Was it because you didn't understand why she was doing what she did? Do you understand better now? 

C.) Was it because Seph convinced you? Does it bother you that Seph has since unvoted?

 

Do you think she is mafia? 

 

 

... and going back to my previous post, which I'm not at all sure you read, I just have a few things to say.

 

First, Ithi had already explained her mindset when starting the game by the time you posted this.  I understand that you feel guilty for hurting your girlfriend's feelings, but you really don't need to re-explain for her as if I'm a 5 year old, thank you.

 

Second, the post I linked above explained how *I* was seeing the start to the game, which obviously wasn't how YOU saw it, and I believe it's obvious why YOU saw it differently.  Again, as I said to Ithi earlier, it wasn't obvious to me that she wasn't posting in the game in order to play the game.  To be less polite about it, it wasn't obvious to me from the outset that her purpose in posting was solely to make you feel guilty for deciding not to buddy her, especially since this exchange:

...which seemed lighthearted enough, and if she truly had an issue with your decision not to buddy her, she had several hours to contact you outside the game thread before role PMs went out without being accused of cheating in which to hash it out.  
 
I'll accept her explanation provisionally, and your overreaction to it, as the vagaries of trying to maintain a long distance relationship over several thousand miles and time zones, but I honestly don't appreciate the fact that you're acting like every suspicion of her is an attack against which you need to draw your weapons.
 
I would have appreciated it if you'd tried to dial back the adversarial reaction and answered the questions I asked you in my post, instead of ignoring it entirely and throwing a barrage of questions my way as if you'd rather not address the points I made.
 
Having gotten that off my chest, and in much more polite language than I would have used yesterday, I'm going to answer your questions in a separate post, so any further follow up you or others would like to make can be done independently of my desire to skewer you with a blunt object.

Eldrick is doing fine. I can follow his line of thinking quite well, and for me he seems pretty much town.

I feel similarly. Only thing I have noted are the ones who have nudged him along the way.
