Sili, that's interesting, since I've been thinking he was actually starting to look better as the game went on.

How did he get worse?

@Cass, I voted Nyn while referencing Lily because I was being stupid.  If you read the next page and a half or so you would have seen that and that it was something I exacerbated to get reactions.  If you can't mark the sarcasm in the second quote you posted then you're going to be miserable to try and work with.  I'm not analytical most of the time and I absolutely play with a carefree, fun attitude without sweating the purely ev/logical side of things until it is important.  To nip them in the bud I also mimicked a post from Lily that was asinine and I later sarcastically exacerbated Sili's logic when he was transitioning (more on that in a minute) to highlight that it didn't work.

People have.. frankly.. been stupid in the way that they reacted to this.  It's been a scapegoat for those wanting to make huge arguments out of pitifully weak inconsistencies and diatribe.  The only reason I wound up, potentially, on the chopping block or was even perceived negatively is because it was easier to make the argument that being intentionally obtuse is scummy (hint: it isn't even related, why would scum be difficult?) and sheep than critically contemplate the value of riling a group and seeing who decides to react to it/who follows/who jumps on easy targets/reasoning and logic and gaps in logic among those people.  I said it before and I stand by it.  It's basic on their part.

The exceptions to that are the players not from DM who have a more... calculating view of the game.  Dice has developed some of that from really getting into playing since their introduction so he is a bit of an outlier.  Clov pretty quickly got what I was doing as did mrs clov.  Sili is interesting (and I have been prodding him/digging into his rationale) because he has went back and forth on it depending on the crowd and situation.  Notice that when I sided with him against Clov he tried to work with clov (recognizing the different methodology) because he was attempting to play that side of things yet when I  sided with clov he switched to the DM native mentality and began to cater to them almost exclusively.  That sort of shift in rationale is what I would consider suspicious.

I would also point out that, even if on a minuscule level, my lynch not going through does increase the likelihood of me being town.  It means I was divisive, something that scum doesn't allow on D1 for their teammates 99% of the time.

Villages that dont lynch ppl like darthe, who refuse obstinately without distinct rasons why theyre town, suck imo.

Just imo. I dont care if i was defemding darthe bfore. The fact is he got a lot worse.

Thought you said I got better.

On break at work. Haven't caught up fully, but I'm going to address why I explained that I posted before I had my role. It was hindsight shortly after making my first post, even though I had received my role by then. I felt it important to mention. How people think is important to understanding motives in this game. Being I have nothing to hide, I don't mind you guys knowing how I think. Like I said earlier, I speak my mind.

Does that make Lily Town too, in your estimation?

Because he's doing the same thing he did with nyn with everyone else, except it isn't as obvious because he's keeping apace with the thread. He says this is day 1 and he shouldn't be expected to have good reads, but this day 1 has lasted half a week. When I say he's gotten worse over time, not only am I referring to his vote/unvote for Elizabeth, I'm referring to the fact he hasn't improved despite time to improve and pressure to improve.

And I'm annoyed because if Darthe is town his attitude has effectively cost us a lynch.

Let me repeat myself for the thousandth time.

I had reasons I went back on you. I stated them and you haven't responded, and that is not my problem. You got better, ya, I thought you did anyway, but I changed my mind when you did a couple things that I thought crossed a line.

Remember that thing about letting people answer for themselves? Do we need to have this talk again?

Tell me why this is a bad thing Sili please.

Because it didnt cost a townie obviously.

Yates I thought Lily was a bad lynch from her restructuring of the argument she made agains Zezima forward and said as much. The only reason I was willing to vote her late in the day was because I knew there was at least a chance of being wrong about her alignment.

It's pretty obvious. IF he's town he wasted a lot of time that could have been better spent finding scum.

As in, stop pretending you're town.

Man I'm cranky.

Darthe, Dice, Clov, I'm going to take a nice break from the game the next two real life days, so as to not deal with Darthe's sinister posts. gg, gl.

Ok, so... no lynch was achieved.

i dislike timezones. Deadlines are usually in the middle of the night for me (in this case, it was 3:00 am..). I doubt a vote would have changed a lot. I'd have voted Lily over Darthe, seeing i think Darthe is town this game and Lily's posting hasn't convinced me yet of her being town.

dice: sniping at Sili doesn't become you. he seems more likely to be town than you do for the moment, so pointing that FoS in his direction... what are you hoping to achieve?

Ok, since I was asked why I suspected/voted Darthe, I have been thinking about it. I agree with what he has said recently. The quoting the lily information to back the Nyn case wasn't scummy. It was just stupid. I am less suspicious of you now. Still moreso than others, for the sole reason that others find you suspicious, so there might be something there.

It's not a question of whether or not it was stupid. It was stupid. Only I feel that it was more of a cover up to pilling on me without noticing that my train wasn't a serious one. It's all about the motives behind it. He can claim it was all a fib for reaction. But I find it awkward more than anything. And thereby scummy.

He had bad posts, than improved a bit but then started pinging me again. Overall I'm not buying what he's selling.

If I FOSd him itd say FOS. I wanted an answer to the question to help me try to get some idea on sili. I still want the answer, cause i dont think he touched the second part

@sili   before you go off in your huff why is it bad that we did not achieve a lynch?

Like I said, I'm less suspicious of him now, because there are still reasons other people are. It's just my reason alone isn't good enough for me anymore.
