Edits to rules

clarification please - the description for advanced games says they may even have recruitment.

 

so by omission that implies that standard, along with basic, will not have recruitment.

 

but I think you concluded at the end of that last game that standard might have recruitment?

 

oh, also, how do you ninja edit?
