ANNOUNCEMENT:

 

I did something kind of dumb and want to stop it before it gets exploited.  Apologies about this but I numbered the masonic teams in my setup to distinguish them and forgot to remove that before assigning them to the players.  This both severely limits the mafia and helps the masons confirm themselves to one another.  

 

Thus, for the sake of the game, I am requesting that if you choose to reveal your role (once role revealing is allowed) please do not claim with a number.  It would be game breaking and I would have to modkill you, reroll the game or end it.  

 

Again, apologies about this oversight on my apart but I must stress, do not claim a number if you choose to claim mason!  

 

I'll also be posting this on the mafia QT and both mason QT's.

What? My suggestion is to not game the mod and try something like quoting your pm's or really even referring to them for anything other than character and role.

Yea, but it isn't any way near end of day yet. There's nothing stopping people false claiming VT either, which one of the masons is actually unless properly breadcrumbed.

Oh. Good point, actually. If one of the masons claimed VT to try to catch scum that wouldn't be the worst play. So yeah, I guess we SHOULD push these three for claims.

Okay, now that I’ve taken a bit and can see the game a little better,

 

Analyzing the current non-mason claims:

 

Dice – I agree with AJ that as much as I don’t agree with him trying to game the system with the PM title, I think he’s probably clear.

 

AJ – I’m going to stop tinfoiling and being an idiot. Especially after asking to get the claims out there and taking over today, I think he’s solidly town.

 

Hally – I don’t see her trying to break up the fight between des and I if she is scum. I also don’t see her continuing to push GF so hard at EOD as scum.

 

TG – his tone seems legit in this post (http://www.dragonmount.com/forums/topic/91135-freemasons-vs-illuminati-day-one/page-15?do=findComment&comment=3343606) and not moving his vote off Len looks good, especially since he could have unvoted and assured that the lynch was between GF or me.

 

I’ll have to look at Yates and Clov after the baby goes to bed as I already should have left work 20 minutes ago. Take of them what you will.

We've got one scum already in the bucket and the other two within a pool of 6 (not counting yourself if you're town obviously) so this kind of quietness is deafening. Where is everyone? Don't you townies want to win??

Actually this would fit as Hallia being hyper aware of her town reads on both you and Despot, and so in order to avoid voting one of you two (and not Len) she started the wagon on GF which was quickly joined by Len to tie up the wagons at 2 a piece.

I think I know who Despot's mason partner was. I'm not going to say who, for obvious reasons. Right now, this is our list of claimed nonmasons: -Andrej -Yates -Dice -Key -Hallia I'm not a mason, which fills up the vanilla, seer, and mafia goon list. [v]Addi[/v]. I guess my initial read on her was wrong.

 

This is just way too mechanical and I really don't like it Clov. I think you're smarter than this.

 

 

Why not?  We need a starting point, and I feel good about MOST of the people who have claimed.  There's certainly the possible one of the people on that list was lying, but it's also possible they're telling the truth.  With TG's claim, we know one of the seven is lying, but we didn't have that information at the time.

I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum.  I'll admit I'm probably biased because it appears to have been a chance to get ME modkilled, but I really don't see how it can be viewed as pro-town.  Even if I were scum, I'd still know the "correct" answer to this question.
