I have no clue what it is about this post but it seems very town to me...I'm not even sure why.

 

Also, what just happened with the Darthe lynch? Someone must've stopped it from happening with their role. Makes me think Darthe is scum and his team planned the whole Darthe lynch, only to somehow prevent it in the end with one of their roles. And that conclusion post did make it sound as though Tommy is in fact Galactus...but I highly doubt we can trust the mod. Mynd's probably messing around with us, so I'm now pretty confident that Tommy is absolutely not Galactus.

Were you paying attention to the discussion about Tommy's role?

 

The Darthe lynch didn't go through because Tommy hammered - he's claimed one of his powers is a modified governor that receives the role PM of the person he hammers.

 

And the scene actually makes it look like Galactus was trying to kill Darthe/Captain Marvel but was prevented by a flash of silver streaking in and snatching away his target - that would be Tommy.

So now I am confirmed town, am essentially invincible for the evening (at least), and get to protect someone else who if they are NK'd the person that tries to NK them dies instead since it will chain back into my power which will bounce it back to them.

I thought that for a second but if you read it closely it sounds like Galactus was GOING to recruit...and then Marvel disappeared.

 

Which sounds in tune with what the last game was. Last game there was a scepter of loki that allowed the scum team to recruit.

This time there's probably some similar mechanism that allows scum to recruit.

Okay...I guess I was confused about Tommy's role. I thought it lynched someone AND gave him the role PM. Which I didn't get at all, since he'd find out the role anyway.

 

I seriously thought I was going somewhere with that, but of course, I ended up looking stupid...again.

Technically, Darthe did not get lynched so the lynch was not successful.  Any situation that depends on a successful lynch would normally not count today; however, due to some miscommunication and misunderstanding, I am letting today's lynch count as a success since a majority was reached by deadline.

 

Starting with Day 2, if the player who is supposed to be lynched is not lynched when a majority is reached, then the lynch will not count as a success.

That whole lynches don't count as successful thing makes Tommy's power significantly less useful than it otherwise would be.  What that means is that it will do things like prevent my secondary ability from working and I can only imagine that that would affect multiple other players as well.

Four eh.  Thanks Hawk.  I predict that Dawn, Hally, Darthe, and Tommy are the clearest of that entire list leaving four out of Notbob, Nolder, Tress, BH, Len, Key, X, TG, and AJ.  Of those I would arrange them from town to scum as BH, Tress, Len, AJ, TG, Key, X,  Notbob and I have no idea where to put Nolder.  

 

Thus I am willing to lynch X and Notbob tomorrow and I think those are very viable trains, especially X who has been SNEAKING through this game.
