Yeah he claimed he had a pretty lulzy "OMGUS cop" power where if someone OMGUS votes him he could get a cop view on them. I think I'm remembering that right, anyway.

Has this been tested?

He tried at the time but then some gibberish happened and nothing ever came of it. My memory of the event is hazy.

 

 

He tried to confirm Arsis, but the OMGUS vote had to be in the player's next post and Arsis posted something else in between... then it devolved into a big argument about whether it would even count as an OMGUS vote if the player knew about his ability and was doing it just to activate it.

Arsis is probably town, Tsuki might be town, Despot claimed Hank Pym as a town counterpoint to Ultron.

 

None of the rest have anything clearing that I can recall. That leaves:

Has Tsuki claimed anything yet? If not, (and not encouraging Tsuki to claim, actually discourage unless he absolutely has to) then I wouldn't keep him off the list.

It's pretty random and I'm not sure if it's clearing or even makes sense but he seemed pretty proud of it at the time so I gave him a town lean for instantly joining in on the claim fest between me, Darthe and Arsis at EOD1.

 

Oh right I remember that, the cop role that doesn't work anymore since OMGUSes aren't really OMGUSes anymore.

 

 

To that effect, Rand - would you be willing to OMGUS vote Tsuki if he voted for you?

 

I would be fine with that.  I don't know if it will work though, Tsuki said something about if you do it in an attempt to use the role, then its not an OMGUS anymore.  Otherwise we could have had the entire game checked... so he kind of nulled his role when he claimed it.

 

 

The two options:

 

1. Darthe gets to use his power by leading the lynch, someone with a hammer power will use theirs, we can lynch Blackhoof (someone who I don't think anyone has townread yet) (and who didn't respond at all to the start of his own train), and if he turns out to not be scum, the unblockable/undirectable insta kill will be used to kill Dawn, which will kill AJ at the same time. If Blackhoof turns out to be scum, we've lowered the amount of scum, made it harder for them to get a majority, probably get a gigantic power role if the mafteam is supposed to counter all the strong roles of the town, and we've found one of the scum on the train list. Both of these options are good.

 

2. Darthe doesn't get to use his power, someone with a hammer power will use theirs, we'll lynch Dawn and AJ at the same time, but the only kill at night will be directed by scum unless we have another vig-type role which I highly doubt. So we lose the BG ability from Darthe, we lose the possibility of another town-directed kill, and for those of you who keep saying that we have to get at least 1 scum with 100%.

THE FIRST OPTION DOES GIVE A 100% CHANCE OF GETTING SCUM!!!!

ALSO, I HAVE BEEN CLEARED AS TOWN FROM VOS.

 

Please read these options and at least say why the second one is better if you're going to do it.

 

These are the fixed options without Tommy being mentioned.

If you can 100% absolutely guarantee that the kill on Dawn will go through, I'm on board for #1. The downside is if the kill fails or if Dawn gets another recruit off tonight, so Arsis should probably block her if we do that.

 

Yes, the person who sends in the kill is town (mod confirmed), so they will direct the kill as told.  Also, the information I have about the kill has come directly from the mod himself (I've asked him and he confirmed it came directly from him) so it can't be blocked or redirected or stopped or anything.

Yep, we are not lynching Dawn as long as Darthe is first on her list. If he has indeed been recruited by her, the only reason he'd be first on the train if is his ability, like Tommys mean the lynch doesn't go through.

 

 

Its possible that this whole game is going to go to hell in a handbasket if we make the wrong chouce today.

 

 

Do you really believe there is a ominous power that is ready to wreck havoc on town if we don't manage to find one specific scummer on D2!? Cause I find that very very hard to believe.

I have intimate knowledge of someone who does, and if you read my posts, there is a better strategy since town can use that vig role well.

 

Also, @Hally and DT, stop randomly voting AJ, read my points first.  If you won't listen to me, listen to Tommy, he said he'd be fine with the first option if I can guarantee the kill which I can.
