Our recruiters are currently offline, so i'll get this started (and hopefully won't get in trouble for it )

so, here's what will happen:

 

First, you will have to go through the Raw Recruit phase. That way, you can decide which of the Regiments you will join. You will spend a couple of days with each regiment and will get tasks assigned. After finishing all tasks, and having spent time with everybody, getting to know people etc, you can choose between:

 

Archers, Infantry or Cavalry. (Some people might refer to those groups as featherpluckers, latrinediggers and ponyriders, just so you know)

 

Our recruiters will do the necessary things for you, grant access to the boards (the ones invisibleforyou at the moment) and will set up a scedule for ya.

I am basically a swordsman and pretty adept at the horses too .

 

I guess its Cavalry for me.

 

I did see that the recruiters were busy    but that is understandable

 

Also, what happens if i am assigned a task and then I am not able to check it out on the forum or something, is there a time limit??

there will be a time limit, but it's usually a couple of days (which would leave you enough time to fullfill the assigned task). Should life get in the way, we Banders are willing to grant a bit of extra time if needed as well. We're not bad people here

 

Most US members should be in bed, and most EURO members at work. You caught me on a day off, so i am happy to help you out with the necessary information.

Welcome to the band Tilak! I'm Davrick the current CG of the infantry! I'd just like to say that while its cool you show an interest in joining the Cav, you shouldn't be too hasty where you choose. Each regiment has their charms and you should get to know each one a bit before you make your choice. :)

Glad to see a new face Tilak! We should get your permissions through for the boards soon, but us Senior Staff are in the throws of real life with two of us being educators nearing the end of the school year, and one still in school near the end of semester, so bear with us!

 

But, as always, have fun and don't be afraid to roam around, but be sure not to break any laws, we really don't take too kindly to that, although it might still be in good fun
