Your emo here is either staged to try and AtE, or is churlishness from your team getting picked off handily (it could also be from annoyance at balance if you are scum, since the Lovers thing isn't exactly extremely Basic, and might have spelled doom for your team that I just happened to be on the Lover team with one of you.

That was a great end to Day 2 Town - you had us worried at the beginning though :)

Little question for all: was this a basic game, or should it have been under the "advanced" category?

I found it a basic game, but the inclusion of two lover pairs was a little odd and a bit unbalanced for the mafia team imo.

Folowing the death thread, I got the impression both sides could have finished it quickly.

 

 

Also: the presence of lovers was already mentioned in the signup thread.

Unbalanced as in that I found the mafia team underpowered. Nobody expected two town-town lover pairs, and the mafia didn't have anything to deal with the cop viewings.

I have no idea about balance, so can't answer that.

 

I think the claiming might have made it hard for mafia in the end though, it gave Town a lot of confirmed Townies at the end.
