Cloud, I think you're mafia but hey you should get your say just like anyone else. What exactly about Berf has been bothering you?

That's a very vague statement that could mean any number of things.

 

Kaylee, you seem to be going after the lurkers first. I think we are at a point in the game where we no longer have that luxury. It could be that Crusher or Berf is one of the mafia and was absent when they were supposed to send in their recruit and that's why it skipped a day. If that's the case I think it makes more sense to leave them be and focus on the less lazy possibilities. Which leads me back to Cloud. You didn't mention him, do you think mine and Rand's casing on him was bad or...?

The immediate "Oh thank God" when Ape pulled the fake claim is just too much. And bold enough to stray into 'so crazy it could work' territory.

Cloud: My initial thought was town. Why else would Ape and Darthe, if he is indeed scum, push for his lynch? It was the contradiction that changed my mind. I've been mafia with him before and am leaning towards believing him. I think Darthe's lynch would help clear that though.

In not sure his reasons but for me it's not just the inactivity, it's coupled with your not adding much. You tend to come on in time to consolidate.

I read and addressed that already. I didn't realize that was your only reason.

 

As for your accusation of skimming, obviously not. I think you may have misunderstood me though.

There is reason to believe mafia skipped their recruiting for an Hour. It's been speculated that it was due to inactive mafia not being around to send in the action. Maybe there is still only one original recruiter or something. It's all speculation granted. IF that's the case though then it is more likely to be one of the players who have kept a really low profile, seemingly through laziness. If we lynch the less lazy of the two mafia then it's possible our lazy mafia will neglect sending in their next kill leaving us at an advantage. Even if it's completely wrong we don't actually lose out as long as we nab another Possessed.

 

Again it's speculation and could be wrong but if you have a better explanation for why they missed their recruit I'd like to hear it.

I understand what you're saying now about the lazy mafia. I'm just not convinced it's Cloud. It might be. The observation I had made was based on his emotional response. Before that I had a townie read on him based on the push from Darthe and Ape. Would two possessed work so hard this late in the game to bus a teammate that wasn't getting the heat? Doesn't seem likely to me.

I don't think you've understood me yet. I am not saying Cloud is the lazy mafia I am saying Crusher is. I would rather kill Cloud, the active mafia, in the hopes that Crusher drops the ball and doesn't submit their next kill.

My posts on page 112 have been updated and since DPR has mentioned before there are no vote manipulations in this game (sup Darthe) it appears Ape was lynched at L-1.

I'm not sure it would have made a difference anyway but just something to note for postgame I guess.

Well, my reason for voting for you was because you haven't really been posting your thoughts on who you think is mafia and you also managed to not get any attention on yourself untill now.

 

Having said that, I'm also ok with voting Crusher. Like Nolder mentioned we need to consolidate and his unvote when Ape said he wasn't mafia could be just a joke, but it did give Ape an opportunity to not get himself lynched. Crusher also seems to have disappeared from this game, and I also find it weird that he didn't notice that Ape could be mafia.

Jesus Christ I'm completly unable to get a grip on this game. It's ridiculous. Both Berf and Crusher are fine by me really; I'll be around all day to consolidate if needed.
