Hi, I'm Erin and I'm new both to this website and to the series itself. I'm currently about to start Crown of Swords so I'm really not very far into the series, I started them last summer when my friend told me I needed to read them.

To avoid spoilers, you can visit social groups. They are based on wot and are a good place to talk about random things, spam or make friends. I would recommend band of the red hand, wolfkin, black tower and white tower

Welcome to DM Erin!  Always nice to have new fans join.  :)  I'm doing a re-read of the series right now myself since I haven't read them in a while and haven't read the last 3 books yet.  Need to refresh my memory so I can be ready for the ending.  As everyone is suggesting, you should definatley stop by the Social Groups and get to know us crazy DMers!  I can recommend all that everyone is recommending.  I am most active in the Band right now, but getting myself back into the Wolfkin and WT.

 

Hope to see you around the groups!!  Even if it's just to say hi, but even better if you join!

each one is different - you can sign up to as may as you like (there will be a 'sign up here' type thread somewhere at the top of each boad) when you sign up you will be granted access to some sub-boards that you won't be able te see yet. there are lost of games, discussions, chats etc in these which can then just join in!

 

You can also progress through ranks (for example in the White Tower  from novice to accepted  to Aes Sedai) by joining in!

 

they're a great place to get to know people - highly recommended
