[Mafia Game Over] Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark - Mafia Wins!

We have 10 people left.  I'm guessing that with 24 people starting, there were 6 anti-town.  We know now that this consisted of 2 symps minimum, and most likely 3 or 4 mafia members.  If 3, there is probably a third party somewhere out there.  I think if there were 2 symps, then we have lost both of them, we have maybe 2 or 3 mafia left and maybe 1 third party.  

 

However, with more than 1 symp, I feel that mafia would know if there were symps, and possibly would even have the ability to recruit their symps as a seperate night action.  This would mean that they would be very vigorous in defending against anyone knowing their were symps.  I remember that Dice was saying that Talya was a symp, and then he was killed later (with no coroner).  Then we also know that Talya was recruited by the mafia.  This means that the mafia probably used Dice's reasoning and tried to recruit Talya and they were successful.  Now I remember there was someone who was against Dice's case, so let me go back and look at who it was, or possibly multiple people.

He wasn't recruited yet?  Interesting.  That would mean that mafia would think that he was town and would probably have some people on his train, so I think they most likely had more people on Cloud's train unless if Chuckles was mafia as well.  

 

This is a very good point.  Which also means that Chuckles may well be mafia and that Maw is likely scum.  Those on Cloud's train are more suspicious than those on Chuckle's train.

I could be wrong shrug but that was an instant reaction when i read that and i have learnt thru many trivial pursuit games that when i get an immediate answer or feel that i should go for it. Everytime i second guess it im wrong. Every time.

I didn't have a problem wtih DM, I had a problem with Firefox.

 

Don't care about activity if 95% of it is spam. I'm more than happy to have it at this pace if everything is gamerelated.

I'm curious about Ley. Because he claimed to have written awhole lot of stuff, then lost it, and can't apparantly be bothered with giving us a quick runthrough of what he wrote.

In addition to that, he then votes Maw for no apparant reason...

Sorry but something happened where I lost my post, it also did it on the other game I was playing and it has done it before...rather annoying, but why the heck would that link us...seriously. why would we plan that, what benefit would it bring?

Len's defense on Rand is noted. We are lucky with the Trap thing, it could have been a lot worse. I think Peace must post "bloody" all the time? A reason from him would be nice, even if it is only him explaining his votes. Rand's reasoning for voting Ed and then unvoting is scummy. He himself said that his vote on Ed was 'completly weak', and then FoSes me and Lenlo for voting for him... right.

 

I wasn't defending him at all, he came back quite aggressive and some said how I could think it was a joke vote...I still think it was odd and he gave no explanation and I want one...so asking for why he voted Len. so you didn't think it was done in a naff way! he made a joke about Len sitting on his hat...joke! So you accuse in one breath of defnding him and in the next saying how I could call it a joke vote...if he posts that way I will look at is a joke and think he isn't taking things seriously and I have to question why? Is he hiding something?

You know that the point of a symp test (that's what you are talking about) is so its unique. Losing a post doesn't fit that. Furthermore not all symps can see QTs. In my mafia career I've been a symp about 4 or 5 times and never have I been able to see the QT

I'd think its more likely that he can't see the QT and is using the word symp to attract attention, if he is a symp

I was thinking of this too in that I don't recall symps being able to see Mafia QT. That and dice seems so sure of it.

I think I missed Talya's vote, but she obviously was involved in this.  We already know Talya was a symp hidden in the infamous third vote on the train, RTE and Len were town, and Mish is still alive, little sus of her for starting the train off.

I think this is an odd post. The game has been moving quite slowly because of the spamfest. But thanks for your excuse to lurk *nods*

Basically, Ley, Dap, and Mish were the three people mainly involved in this.  I didn't go past page 27, so if there was anything on this after that, I didn't get a chance to see it, but Ley barely touched this, just noted distinction between DM and Firefox.  However, since he has already proven himself a 1-shot vig, he is fairly confirmed.  This leaves Mish and Dap.  Mish has said that she used to have the staff, but as we have theorized, the staff could be in mafia hands as well.  This means that Mish could potentially be mafia because of having the staff (because it would be just like Ithi to give both staffs to the mafia and the stealing ability to the town, to see where that would go, or something along those lines), so I am putting a strong FoS on Mish.  Dap also was very consistent on discounting the mafia symp possibility, always saying that it was useless, and honestly, unless I am so sleepy that I forgot a role claim from you, the main reason we trust you are your cases which have caught us Talya and the continued cases thereon.  However, we shouldn't discount him, Talya could have been a gambit to gain town cred, and he should still be a possibilitiy.

Well she messed me up pretty bad mentally and my brother (he's 16) started to show signs off the same, and I've tried for years to talk to her about with no result so... Desperate times call for desperate measures.

 

It's all had a happy ending though; she didn't explode like I'd anticipated and now my brother will be moving to his dad.
