So after 2 pages we have learned that Lenlo is in love with Mynd. That is nice.

Hi Zanibar! Have I played with you before.

TGlems is overcompensating quite a bit already. "I love this game! Lemme flood the thread with a bunch of stuff about Goonies to overcompensate for my scum role and how excited I was to be first in this game!"

I think TGlems doth protest too much.....especially since I doubt that the Fratellis would be town in this game. Why would he be excited to be one of them?

I don´t understand any of these comments. Maybe because I haven´t seen the film. I thought that Mynd was just being Mynd and starting the game but Darthe seems to see something else in this quote. How did you find anything about character claiming in there, Darthe?

Back on page 2 I posted that you jumped in with Mynd awfully quickly (quote below). I'm voting you from my earlier impressions.

Mynd has a point. Were only 1 page in, without everyone even checking yet and hes posting Goonies videos and random stuff already. Im not so sure about your defense of him, since that seems natural from you.

Len and Mynd both jump on this awfully quickly and make obvious misinterpretations. Mynd calls my agreeing to be protesting. Here Len says that posting Goonies stuff in a Goonies game is "random".

Why jump in the same way as Mynd just did Len?

This is the Goonies man!!! Of course I'm excited about this game, that was one of my favorite movies as a kid. Every role in this game is a good role. Sloth, Chunk, Data, Grandma, Mouth, Stef, Mikey, the Fratelli brothers, Rosalita, and all the other characters who I can't really remember.

TG, im not jumping his way. Im posting my thoughts on what is being discussed at the moment. Its not about posting Goonies stuff its the amount. Half the first page is random Goonies stuff. Thats abit much.

I posted about a number of characters from the goonies, all of whom are great from a movie watching standpoint. Why Mynd decided to focus on two of the three characters I mention who are assuredly scum is, I assume, him poking.

Zanzi and BG are obviously working together by pretending to have an in-game interaction that "distances themselves" so we don't know they are both scum.

I still think that TG is being overly active but I am comfortable with my vote on Lenlofinger for siding up next to me so easily. Last time someone agreed with my weak case on someone they turned out to be scum.

What I find interesting is there are still a lot of players reluctant to place their vote anywhere.

The above is every post by all 12 of us. The following are my impressions of players based on those.

TG: Slight town, he seems spammy rather than helpful, but is also doing nothing to influence the game so if he is mafia he is currently useless to them and thus is a low level liability for either team. He may warrant a vote if his play doesn't pick up.

Mynd: Brings up valid points, however he is experienced enough that being certain of him is dangerous ground. Classic Mynd. Thus, slight town based on his play so far but worthy of caution.

TinaHel: Slight town. Tina hasn't been mafia in so long I expect her to be ******** ecstatic on the occasion that she is. So, meta combined with legitimate gameplay gives me a town read on her (and I will reply to you in the next post Tina).

Misheru: Scum. Unvote Vote Mish.

Lenlo: Slight town, Len has been active and involved and his BS lynch needs to stop because at this activity level mafia has set him up to be a consolidation. Currently he has Rand, Mynd, Basel, and TG voting him.

Darthe: Town, nuff said.

Basel Gill: Slight mafia. He has only pushed and kept his head low so far.

Peacesells: Null. Needs to post more or will be a liability to town eventually.

Rand: Same as above.

BG: Slightly defensive and spammy without providing commentary or real input. Slight mafia.

Zanzibar: Null, needs more concrete opinions.

I think TGlems doth protest too much.....especially since I doubt that the Fratellis would be town in this game. Why would he be excited to be one of them?

I errantly took this as Mynd aiming for TG to come back with something to the effect of "no I am not a Fratelli" or etc, thus technically breaking the rule. It was also a bit of me playing into his beat the grass method and get some input. Opinions/reactions/analysis ya know?

With less than a day left, we need to consolidate on Mish or someone needs to push a good case quickly. Can't remember if Mish has the most votes or not, but I'm thinking she's maf. Never responded to the flattery jibe.

Would also be willing to vote BG. His posts have seemed to be a lot more complaintive (yup, google it) this game, especially the whole sarcastic post about voting for someone cause they're the second vote. Personally, I think voting for someone because of the order of votes is pretty stupid, but the way he complained about it just seemed disingenuous.

Now I see what you mean. Do you think the mod would get angry if we started to say what character we are not? Anyway, I doubt Mynd would set a trap for someone to be modkilled. That would be "outside the spirit of the game". So I´m a bit suspicious of you since you seem to use this to make Mynd look suspicous.

I´m not really interested in lynching Lenlo. It´s basically a feeling. Mynd made an obvious trap (the way he had done it a thousand times) and everyone that have played with him know this. Lenlo has apparently played with Mynd before so I don´t believe he would be so stupid as scum to try to hind behind Mynd.

I noticed Mish´s comment about "doesn´t look good, Lenlo" or something like that and I found that a bit weird since she kept her "jokevote" on Des. I agree with Des that BG is laying low in this game. I have seen him do this as town in games lately though.

The above is every post by all 12 of us. The following are my impressions of players based on those.

TG: Slight town, he seems spammy rather than helpful, but is also doing nothing to influence the game so if he is mafia he is currently useless to them and thus is a low level liability for either team. He may warrant a vote if his play doesn't pick up.

Mynd: Brings up valid points, however he is experienced enough that being certain of him is dangerous ground. Classic Mynd. Thus, slight town based on his play so far but worthy of caution.

TinaHel: Slight town. Tina hasn't been mafia in so long I expect her to be ******** ecstatic on the occasion that she is. So, meta combined with legitimate gameplay gives me a town read on her (and I will reply to you in the next post Tina).

Misheru: Scum. Unvote Vote Mish.

Lenlo: Slight town, Len has been active and involved and his BS lynch needs to stop because at this activity level mafia has set him up to be a consolidation. Currently he has Rand, Mynd, Basel, and TG voting him.

Darthe: Town, nuff said.

Basel Gill: Slight mafia. He has only pushed and kept his head low so far.

Peacesells: Null. Needs to post more or will be a liability to town eventually.

Rand: Same as above.

BG: Slightly defensive and spammy without providing commentary or real input. Slight mafia.

Zanzibar: Null, needs more concrete opinions.

Despo: Slight town, I agree with most of his points so far.

Tell me why you decided to vote Mish. She is one of the people I could vote but hesitate to do so since you are voting her. :wacko:

Yes the Mod would be angry if you stated which characters you were not. If it was a way to try to reveal without revealing. If it was a "we all know the Fratellis are the scum team* and I'm not a Fratelli so there" kind of thing I might let it slide.

*Which I am actually neither confirming or denying :tongue:

Dude you're late to the party

Okay, here are her isolated posts. This is as much a gut feeling as anything from me TBH, but the game hasn't had a ton of activity and my gut is usually better than my logic. Mish is a come out swinging player. By now she should have been questioning people as town, anything that stuck out to her. The only time she doesn't is when she is mafia which is when she keeps her head down and lets people kill each other off. She doesn't try to manipulate the game, she just tries to slide by. I was also struck by the fact that she both declined to ever reply to Des and her pingy statement at Len kills me based on the read I have of him. It is a push without any effort to hide that she wants him lynched but also no incriminating vote. Think about it.

Basically, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and acts like a duck then in my eyes it's a duck.

I agree. And she is still voting Des and hasn´t contributed anything more than that. Unvote. Vote Mish.

I´m going to the Christmas/end of the semester party with my school. I´m not sure that I will back before deadline but I think so.
