Alright this is the biggest thing that happened and in my opinion... I believe him. Why would you claim jailkeeper in a basic game if you werent it? If hes not then maybe it will flush out a mafia kill on him, netting us some good info from people, if he is than we have an extremely powerful role to use when hunting.

 

I dont like how Cyan opened up immidiatly voting an un-CCed Jail Keeper, even if I dont agree with how he came out.

I have read some other games briefly. That being said it dose make sense to claim you're town to try and confuse people. Or to hide that you're scum.

Edit: Is jailkeeper a common role in a basic game? Claiming a role that doesn't exist and therefore can't be CC'd would be a good way to confuse town.

So, after double checking setup I'm reverting to my earlier though about a role that can't be CC'd. I checked the setup and the jailkeeper role is there but mafia gets to pick roles. I'd like to hear your response on why you would role claim a town power role, because I can't understand it.

 

The only things (I see) that can happen by your claim are:

A) You get killed N1 for claiming jailkeeper and actually being jailkeeper. Anti-town behavior

B) You are mafia and therefore got to pick the three town roles. You know there is no jailkeeper and claimed in order to confuse town. Mafia

If you're lynched and flip town it will prove that you made a completely ridiculous play.

 

Yes, you're play makes no sense at all, but the only possibilities from it are anti-town. So far you've offered no defense at all as far as I can see.

well i must say your method of heating up the game works much better than mine lzm, i am still reserving my vote, but at this point, it will likely be to you, because you will be an automatic target for the mafia if you are not mafia and survive the day, but i am still keeping my vote in reserve, lots of time left.
