"Milburn Pennybags? You are under arrest for tax evasion. Please turn around and put your hands behind your back." Milburn's face turned ashen grey. "Yes, of course, but one moment please I need to collect the deed to this property I've just purchased."

"Yeah about that..." A man strode forward out of the crowd. It was Benjamin Greene, the owner of the dirt lot that everyone used for parking during the town festivals. "Ya see we all just took a trip down to the bank and took a loan out against all of our property. We'd like to bid one million and one dollars on that there property mister auctioneer." Milburn's jaw dropped and then he himself dropped to the floor, laughing hysterically again as officer Mallory moved to cuff him. "Going once..." "Ahahaha hahahah ahahahahaha..." "You have the right to remain...." "hahaha HAHAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHA..." "Grrrrrr Arf Arf!" "Going twice..." "...In a court of law..." "WAHAHAHAHA..." "Sold! For one million and one dollars!"

Thanks for playing everyone I had a fun time modding

I always get really apprehensive about writing scenes so for a lot of games I don't but when I do I usually just kind of fall into them and have fun so I hope you guys enjoyed those as well as the game

 

Pretty much all my own thoughts about the game can be found in the dead thread but for the most part I'd just like to repeat that I regret not giving everyone more of a reason to No Lynch and have fun with the Chance and Community Chest cards but it's ok because they made a fine backdrop for a pretty vanilla mafia game

Andrew, the only reason I tried to pull off that "you aren't the cop" play is because I really thought you weren't the cop. I wasn't advised that my Godfather role only made me bullet proof. I assumed the cop would get an innocent read on me. Half way into my little battle with you I was informed otherwise. At that point I knew there was no way out.

Its ok. I believed you were town cause I protected you N2 and N3 and there were no deaths, so I figured they targeted you both nights.

I was a little disappointed Arez and alanna didn't make any use of the QT but obviously it was a strategic decision and I can't fault them for that

 

I wondered if I should have clarified to Songstress and Co that they weren't alone in the QT as I hadn't intended for the Symps to stay hidden but I decided to roll with it and see where it went

I simply cannot believe how badly the mafia went. It is utterly ridiculous.... and hilarious

I think we personally killed 1 townie on night 1... before proceeding to kill both our symps

 

I am quite ashamed that my team and I performed so utterly disastrously. But it was equally the towns fault for being so astute lol.

 

Great game, and sorry for being such good targets nol :P I really had no townie to try to lead a lynch on, you all played so darn clean. Compared to the more obvious mafia at least.

Yeah..it was about the poorest showing we could have. We played horribly. For my part I blame being in too many games and going camping for 3 days in the middle. I completely lost track of the beginning of the game.

Don't take it too hard Hoof, you had a really inexperienced player on your team, and town had plenty of good scumhunters, plus town's been on a roll lately. I'm interested to see tho, how mafia strategies will develop, now that town has stepped up it's aggressiveness in scumhunting lately

 

And I had no idea the Mafia symps also had access to the QT, and I can totally see why they declined to speak in it. After all, they never really got any fos's from town for the most part, Unfortunately, they lied so low that they ended up drawing NK's

Well your PM did tell you it was a meeting between the rich and poor

You falsely assumed that meant Rand and Songstress had to be one or the other

Had you guys analyzed your PMs together you may have came to the conclusion that there were others who had access to the QT

Or maybe not, who knows?

 

Honestly after your appearance I was surprised that Songstress and Rand didn't expect anyone else

I did actually, but since they didn't speak up, I decided maybe that wasn't the case.

 

And yeah, Len, I really wish you hadn't chosen that particular bit of RP. Although things would likely have happened QUITE differently if we'd started talking to you and strategizing, especially if AJ and Arez had spoken up.

I FoS'd one of the symps, I had 2 of the team outed day/night 1.... I stopped following after I saw the dead thread though, it kind of spoils the fun of following the game. I tried something a bit different this game, however the GFY thing was real I had intended to pull myself out dependent on a self requested ruling Nolder can confirm this if you wish him to. The flameout on Despo was the something new I was trying tho I wanted to see if I could stir up the reactions a bit, I definately did stir the reactions but also caused my own downfall by getting Basel to basically Vig me >.< anywho it was fun to try something different.
