Man I just about died last night though when you signed off and literally 1 minute later we could have won. I was even contemplating NKing you and blaming the SK. Red and I have a history of modding each other where there is some sort of spy... at one point... I actually wondered (since you are brand new, AND pretty new to DM in general as of the beginning of this game) if you were actually a second persona created by Tress, just for this game, where Tress was a cool role that played 2 people somehow. Then I looked at your post history and decided it was a dumb idea.

Ah, damnit. That was the best game I ever played. Except for my aim. That was kind of bad. Although I did hit mafia with Ishy (finally). So was tina actually mafia at all? Also AH being converted screwed up all my calculations... i thought for sure that they had hit the commuter that night. Anyway, nice play mafia.

Your logic is faulty, basel. One of those kills took place during the day instead, and the flavor was the same for both of those extra kills. I'd say they have a kill they can use day or night, but only on odd cycles.

 

And actually, I wouldn't put it past the mafia to have noticed that and then tried to capitalize on it. I think we're at lylo here, so we can't afford any screwups.

Surrounding Tina. I'm interested to know how she would have been converted. She was killed N2. Now in some games, a symp is recruited during the night phase when the killer of the party (be it the Vig or whatever mafia role has the kill) targets the symp. The kill fails and the person is recruited instead. This possibly isn't the case with Tina because that was the night we had two kills N1. Perhaps there's another role whose specific purpose was to look for her. I'm not sure.

 

AH, I did see this part, but I thought you were talking about someone who was already a traitor being recruited into full mafia.

no, Tina was Ceiling Cats symp. she knew who Cieling cat was, and that Chrissy was the finder but that was it.

- no Tina wouldn't have known the results or who Chrissy viewed, though i may tweak the role in later games

 

- yes, Hoof was only lynchable

 

- yes the commuter role could be RBd.

the SK role could only fire once each odd cycle, either day or night. during the days his kill was instant, during the night he could have been either blocked by the commute or nommed.

ah yeah that google docs tried to screw the game over.

 

 

i used the JP roles and action tracker as a template to set up the docs for this game. unknown to me at the time, i was editing the JP docs instead of a copied version. once i did relaize it, i sent the JP role and action tracker to the trash and thought i had solved the issue apparently, hitting delete in googledocs doesn't kill the document.

 

 

Nol viewed the JP docs and PMd me lettign me know he'd seen my set up, which was oustanding of him i might add so i couldn't leave him in the game, and just replacing him woudl have been an undiserved punishment, so i took him on as a co-mod instead and i'm glad i did seeing how great he was with helping me keep up the vote counts and stuff
