I don't mind if my logic is flawed, I am sticking with my vote still... Don't take it personally Key ^-^

I'd suggest trying to come up with with better logic. Gut feeling is okay, but we all like to see things backed up with quotes.

Hmmm... I rather capriciously jumped on the Key train just before, and now I'm thinking about it. What are we trying to achieve through such pressuring? She's hardly going to crack and confess that she's mafia. That happens occasionally but not often. If we took it to its likely conclusion, we'd force a claim out of her at L-1, see if anybody counterclaimed, and judge from that whether or not to lynch her. And since it's not a coroner game, we wouldn't even find out what she really was unless the coroner decides to share. (Coroners can also be killed. This is why I hate no-coroner games.)

But I don't have a better idea.

Back tracking... always FoS worthy. Not a big one in this case either, but noteworthy.

My thoughts on the kills are as follows. I think they are an attempt by someone at Big Game Hunting. This is meta, but I think it is somewhat valid. BG just had a great game as scum in SG and has made a name for himself while Red has quite a rep among players my generation and later. I think the mafia and/or SK/whatever were scared of them. I think the following players might make one of those kills:

1)hoof

3)ishy

16)keyholder

I think we should pressure there and see what we get.

Vote: Keyholder

What about my playstyle has suggested to you that I would big game hunt? When I'm scum, I generally like to go for the unexpected kill; I think it was pretty obvious that Red and BG were going to be discussed today. *laughs* Plus that would be pretty stupid (for me) to kill BG off since my first vote was on him claiming I thought he was dangerous. And Red, considering I told her skimming was scummy. Smells like a set up. FoS at you for going after me again with not a lot of reason (aka just because you think I could possibly big game hunt).

Vote Blackhoof, for consistently continuing to go by meta when we had plenty already going on within the game to peruse for scum.

Alright, here do be my fav's at the moment...

Rey - I still don't like the vote hopping on day 1. Voted Nolder, then switched to John, but then said he was fine with either, then switched back to Nolder... I think that's the right order.

Hoof - For the reason John stated, and I didn't like his excuse/defense.

John's Reason:

looks liek the mafia agreed with Nolder about BG

I don't like this post, Hoof.

Its like its trying to imply that scum killed BG. There were 2 deaths, how would you know who was responsible for which?

Possible slip?

Key - I don't know about this whole Big Game Hunting thing, but something seems off. Mostly gut reaction, and you're defense smell vaguely of WIFOM...

Panda - It always raises a red flag when someone votes for a person that has a train starting, then back tracks/second guesses with out any one questioning their vote... Seems like a distancing tactic.

Maybe it's beating a dead horse but... Vote: Rey

I don't like the way Panda is implying that by not quoting, there is a logic flaw. One thing has NOTHING to do with the other. I could quote every post in this thread, but if my logic is flawed... then its flawed.

I also don't like the way he's distancing from the Key train now. His gross over-simplification of why we pressure people with vote trains is implying in this case that the only benefit would be if Key confesses to being mafia. This is silly. This whole game revolves around placing votes, making cases, pressuring people... and observing how EVERYONE reacts to these scenarios. Not just the one being pressured. I don't like this post at all.

I wasn't attempting to be defend myself really. Wombat's post is just a theory, nothing about my actual game play, so I don't feel the need to get defensive. Womby stated that he thinks it was about Big Game Hunting and I told him how I normally do things. And it seems like a WIFOM because it kind of is, just like everything in mafia save a coroner's report: trust me or don't.

You were using meta as your argument to vote, so I was just telling you how I usually roll meta-wise.

Okay... One more (and hopefully my last) question. What do you mean by meta?

A previous game.

Okay 2 questions... Big game hunt???

Going after players on the basis of their reputation.

I don't like this post. It's like whoops I was totally following the masses here and this will go nowhere, but I guess it's okay for now because I don't know what else to do.

Actually I got games confused. In the Macbeth game Nolder is/was going after BG and I got mixed up....

I suppose you are right though, we have no idea who killed who. I just assumed lol

I am down with pressuring.

Vote: Keyholder

Vote Blackhoof

I don't like this post, specifically that that vote on Key. It looks like you're voting her not because you think she's scum, but because you want more pressure on her than on you.

Yeah, FoS for this post. No need to restate what several of you have already mentioned.
