I don't have a super-suspect at the moment, but I'm actually fine with a Des lynch because there's a good chance he's been recruited, and I don't want to have a random modkill.

Some of you looked at Despothera, wondering if he had been turned. The thought went through a lot of your minds that he would be a good candidate. You knew that it was important to choose wisely today. The forest was in jeopardy and its fate was hanging in the balance of this one decision. Eventually, several of you chose Des and hoped you were right. You lynched him beside the others and then noticed that one of the others was not dead…..

 

 

Despothera, Nymph, roleless townie, was lynched.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You hadn’t noticed it before, but Verbal was, in fact, a gargoyle and hanging didn’t hurt him one bit. As the other gargoyles gathered around him and cut him down, you realized that they outnumbered you. Sakaea smiled evilly as she patted her team on the back.

 

Congratulations, cult – Sakaea, Ishy, Bg, and Wombat (oh, yeah, and Verbal, too.)

 

 

 

(The cult’s win condition was to equal or outnumber the town. Their numbers became equal with Des’ lynch. Adding Verbal back and “outnumbering you” was just flavor.)
