OOC News

 

RL is taking away both the other members this month, but by the end of the month all current Black Ajah memebers have rped thier Blacks! *claps*

 

I still need to start thinking up more ways to convert, erm, recruit? new members to the Best Ajah <.< Black Ajah.. I've kinda let this slide, in favor of trying to keep the members we do have active and coming up with ideas of things to Rp if/when we do get more members. It's always a thought in the back of my head, but its not tip top priority.

 

IC News

 

The Don has started a new RP with Slayer coming to the Tower to get his weapon back that was stored in a room there for years. He has a list of the top ranking BA and plans to find Alia (the head). We are in discussions on how that will work, but he hasn't been able to discuss for long or in detail. I am in debate on if I should post Alia some where and have him meet her, or wait for us to settle it OOC and then go forward. But we haven't let this drop just yet, its just taking a while to set up.

 

The plans in the works for rping out the downfall of the previous Head now that we have a new one are a go! Eqwina was swallowed up by RL most of the month but she has contacted me a few time during the month to say she still wants to do it. She posted the first post in this arc on the last day of the month, in the Thoughts on a New Life rp.

 

The Yellows, Blues and Blacks are still doing the interdivision RP (with the FL) based on the BA having hired some people to kill the E&E. Seheria (Kathleen's Black Sister) has hired the killer in the A deadly Job Offer RP (which is now complete). We are currently on the verge of making contact with the killer and it seems to be active as of the end of july in the Hunting the Hunter RP.

3. Ideas:

 

Keep the place a float for another month.

 

We're going to be working on the E&E's saga, in Hunting the Hunter, hopefully pretty steadily till its done from here on out.

 

I'm not sure of plans for after this, though I think Em and I have had some talk of a Yellow/Blue RP with her Blue and my Yellow. Something along the lines of them both going after the same info, perhaps crossing paths in it but not knowing their on the same mission. They may meet up in the end or perhaps not, we just think it would be fun to watch them both puzzle out a situation from both sides (the light and the dark).

 

I have offered up my yellow and my green to teach a class, I'm not sure if they want me or which Sister will win out but its an OP class for Novices.

 

Eqwina returned at the end of July and is RPing out her Yellow/Black Sister's removal from Head of the Black Ajah. It's great to have her return in an RP capacity with her Yellow character. Its as a Black, but its a start. She hadn't RPed with her at all since 2010, so we're happy to report it even if she isn't posting her doing some good ol Yellowing.

 

4. Problems:

 

Boopsy is still out of commission. We all hope he is doing ok and miss him lots and lots and bunches, still.

 

Activity is low from almost everyone, but the ones who are active are trying to stay so and planning out what we can.

Currently still doing the Blue and Yellow Inter-Ajah rp about the death of Yellow Eyes and Ears. After that I was thinking about doing something involving Mimi leading a Black Ajah hunt....I still need to talk to Elgs about that.

Well, there isn't a hurry by any means. I was just wondering.

 

 

Yes, I've PMed them before and emailed them to see about when they were last active/bios and to see if they wanted to come back. Never received any kind of response, except for Aubrey? who had played NSW Blues but didn't actually have a PC Blue character and we took her off the list. I just sent them another PM though, so we can wait to see if I get something. Probably not likely lol, as Miya was last active at DM on Oct. 2010, and neither Serena's or Elyssa's profiles have a last posted date, but you never know!

That's why I asked about what you considered what last time. By my count I do have them in the right list. I'll take Phelix off for the August report because that will have been 3 months that he was inactive (May, June, July). As of this report, isn't he still within the 3 months active timeline? Maybe I am just thinking about it differently than you.

Ok, I can do that (for Asyndara). I honestly didn't have any idea what was going on with that, so I just assumed it would still be Serena. Do you want me to write it in the report somewhere that it's Asyndara? If so, where would you like it to be since she's not technically an active character?

 

As for active/inactive status, I think we just are thinking of it differently. But you're the boss :D, so I am happy to oblige. Do you want me to edit the one I posted earlier?

I've already done the main report for this month, so don't worry about it now - just make sure it's correct next month, please

 

I don't know how we can think about it differently - it is what it is.

 

Active means having RPed in the past 3 months. (If someone is a staff member and they were active OOC even though they didn't RP, ALSO include the OOC date - we know how busy staff can get)

 

Inactive means NOT having RPed in the past 3 months, but have done so in the 9 months before that.

 

MiA means have not RPed in at least 12 months. They must be purged from the usergroup and should they return, their Bio(s) would have to be reapproved.

 

The report is about the previous month's activities. Since RPs done in the month BEFORE that would have already been reported, the only RPs to be mentioned in your report are ones where members of YOUR Ajah RPed in DURING the month in question.

Ok, let me see if I can explain how I was thinking of it (not that it matters because I will change it for next time lol).

 

Phelix was last active in April. For the July report, in the past three months (April to May, May to June, June to July) he was active in one of them, therefore active, right? That's at least how I was looking at it. And then for the next report, August, he would be taken off active and be put on inactive.

 

 

Again, I will change it to how you want :), I just wanted to see if I could explain my thought process better.

And I do hope I get better soon - have a bad flu, galls stones, an abscess and just to add insult to injury, a mosquito bite ON my lip has turned into a pimple! *fumes* ... and all on my birthday too
