Well, right now I am looking to power-block Alanna, Amandine, or maybe Drew again, based on what everyone is saying. I would like to hear from MCS on why he has taken over Ed's role and since done very little with it. I would like to write some more people off as innocent, but the lack of activity from some is disturbing.

To be honest I've been sitting back and watching this unfold. I'm totally lost sometimes in these games...

 

Big game or not, there has been plenty of evidence presented in this game for you to at least have some opinion on. Re-read if you have to the whole business with Red/Aemon and the Kwom-bus where Ed clearly had a valuable role to use. The fact that you are being so quiet leads me to believe that you have something to hide.

Lynching inactives serves no purpose. Besides, most players are more active when they are scum or have a juicy role. I would have a hard time believing that an inactive is scum. A barely active player maybe, like TMD who seemed to rush in just to vote. Those are huge signs of someone being prodded by more than just the mod to get their ass into the game.

 

I think I may block Drew again. That way, we can know for sure if it is him using the compulsion power.

BG thought that if Mynd were going to use his power for good, he should keep his roleblock to himself until morning. Announcing who he will roleblock will only allow the scum to twist it into knots.

I dont think I would block Drew again. I am intrested to see what the Compulser will do. I am not saying it is Drew doing the compulsing but if we openly block him the compulser might not use their power. If I had the block tonight I think I would block one of the inactives, perhaps MCS, Ed2funny did vist Red so he has a power. Of those players we have confirmed 2 were town, and I still think someone in that whole mess is scum. Another option is an "A" named player, we have narrowed that list down somewhat as well.

If you think Ed had a valuable role, and you must think its one for the town as you claim to be town, then how could I be hiding anything with my inactivity? Through the transitive property of what you said yourself, am I not town?

Here's what I have to say; Mynd got slusball to go after his A list and when it got narrowed down to one person he left off to go after Drew then Curt. While I agree that Curt lynched himself by not claiming and Drew has been acting suspiciously, I continue to wonder why Mynd has completely dropped a list that has been narrowed down to such an extent. Mynd has still not clarified that, though he has gone out of his way to have us all go look at his past posts to prove his townieness. I just wanna know what's up with that Mynd. Were just taking a guess with the A list? Because if you were not, that seems a pretty good place to go.

Have you been actually reading my posts? Of course the A list is a great way to go but you flipped out when I paused on the whole push for Amadine. Did you not see my last vote before Curt? (Hint: It begins with A) The last thing we need to do is rush lynches, that gives us no information. I agree we should reduce the number of A players, but we also need to get a good couple days worth of posts from everyone before we do so.

 

Town Secret: The longer we draw out our days, the more info we can shake loose.

 

Aemon, I believe you to be Logain and if not town, at least not a threat to us. Please stop blowing things out of proportion. If I backed off of the A list at all it was because I felt like the scum were pushing for a lynch.

Understood, but given the size of this game, it's not impossible to have multiple scum teams.....which could mean some scum are just afraid to say anything incriminating and therefore are silent.

 

Either way, inactives don't vote, and make it harder to reach a majority. I'm aware of the math regarding the lynches of probably townies.....but I'm also aware of playing this game to have fun. It is not fun when half the game is silent. Sign up, be active, let's have fun. Sign up, be inactive, and you should get lynched on general principle.

I agree on inactives, and I'm definitely guilty of this during this game for RL problems, but I don't think wasting lynches on inactives so far into the game is the best idea. I would say it's the job of the mafia to kill off the inactives. A) It doesn't give much information, B) it helps everyone, mafia included. But maybe that's just me... lol.

I don't like that Mynd has been trying to control the direction of the voting with his alphabet clue, but I also don't see him being so transparent as to keep his vote off a teammate's lynch.

 

I agree with player that we shouldn't let something like that direct us, but I think we might be able to use it as a test on him. I can narrow things down for us.

 

There are 6 A's:

 

The first three are innocent - I know I am (if you can go with me on this), I also know that AJ is innocent and we are all fairly confident on Adella.

I'm still not sold on Aemon. The fact that Kwom messed with the night actions directed at Aemon on night one continues to have me uneasy. But let's work on the premise that he is indeed an innocent finder. That leaves us with Alanna and Amadine to take a look at today.

 

I'm not immediately suggesting we lynch either of them but it's worth scrutinizing their activity. Both tend to be quiet players. Alanna tends to make it to the end of most games she's in I think due to her reserved posting style. Ama is currently quite busy and this restricts her posting. I'm going to go back and take a look at them to see if anything stands out for me, and it would be helpful if others did the same.

 

If Mynd's claim is correct, one of the two of them must be scum.
