I find MCS's claim a little dubious, but I'm not willing to vote him. Wouldn't be cool to lose a useful player like that. Especially now, when his role (if true) should become more and more important (as the number of players go down).

Ive been so busy in RL I havent really had a chance to get involved with the game.

I see how your thinking that my vote was scummy but thats been the worst thing ive dont so far and I havent even been on yout guys scum list.

Therefore i think that there are some people trying to play the random lynch factor to get my lynch. A nice tidy way to get rid of a town quickly and get everyone to join in without discussion

Well what I really asked, is that who would punish him, if no-one had forbidden him lying? Yes, if Womb had forbidden, then he would punish, but why he would punish him if he hadn't? So the fact he hasn't been punished isn't any proof of anything (as I said to ed back in days).

 

Anyways, considering the possibility he actually is speaking to truth, I will UNVOTE, but I don't feel happy with going against someone without any real reasons at all, so I won't vote for the moment (if it means random lynch, too bad, I have at the moment scummy feeling of two people, and we won't be able to lynch them today anymore).

So you aren't willing to vote someone, because you don't have enough on them, but willing for just anyone be killed who you maynot have anything on neither. So you would rather have a random lynch than a ontrolled lynch, so which one is your Mafia friend, because i'm thinking either they both are or one is and you don't want to appear scum by voting the other one!

The thing is that random vote has pretty good chance of hitting a mafia, and I don't really believe Player is mafia (well he could be for all I know, but he hasn't acted like one much), and I think MCS and/or Drew could be mafia (I've been thinking Drew could be mafia for a looong time now), and as neither of them are going to get lynched today... Well lets say that random lynch has a chance of hitting mafia, it has chance of hitting me, it has a chance of hitting anyone, but what is most important, is that it has even a slight chance of killing mafia. I don't really believe we have many that important townie roles left, so not a big risk there.. But this is all just like tossing a dice, I can never be 100% sure, not even with my luck.

Why is that? We have 16 players and the last calculation I saw predicted what 2-5 maffia players alive?

Yes the random lynches can be disastrous.. (as we saw with Moiraine) But I think the odds of hitting the mafia (1/4 or 1/5 if we have 5 or 4 mafias) are pretty good, because I find it hard to believe we would have as few as 2 mafias anymore. But I will see if I vote the last minute, I try to make up my mind.. The problem is that the only reason to vote player I see is to avoid random lynch.. and I'm not quite sure if that's good enough reason, seeing how this bandwagon began (seems like mafia trying to distract us from lynching one of theirs).

2) any other important roles dying at random (I DONT wan to speculate about what those are!)

Well if any of the masons would have been lynched, it would pretty much have confirmed the team :)

But I realized that we really had important characters in the game still: the DR and if mcs speaks the truth, then I'd count him too (and mynd, with his roleblocking :D).

So yes, I was mistaken with the odds, they weren't really that good when compared to what we could have lost.

BG felt he should be honest. His vote was mainly to protect those he knew to be innocent and himself. He didn't have an opinion on player one way or the other... and in fact, he didn't like the fact that Song and MCS were the first to vote for player... but it was better to have player who has a 50/50 chance of mafia than a bad random lynch.

Yeah, Song and I were the first to vote for Player BG, but that was a while back. That doesn't make us responsible for people suddenly jumping on him.
