If you don't post you are at risk..I don't see any reference to having to place a vote?  Also, there is no mod kill if a lynch vote already takes place.  That is just silly.  Logically it makes no sense as there can be a quick run and anyone who couldn't squeeze in a vote is at risk of being modkilled?  Weak reasoning there Alanna.

 

Peace, I'm sorry, I got confused. I forgot if there was a lynch vote already there was no modkill. I do want to say that, though you say it makes no logical sense, I'm in another game right now (in the White Tower org) where you must vote, or you are modkilled. Two people died on Day 1 simply for not voting, though we easily had a majority lynch. I agree it's weird, but it's true. So that's not my 'weak' reasoning because it's going on in another game I'm in.

Oh, also, I wasn't entirely wrong about not voting. In the rules, Nae said if there is no majority lynch reached, she will modkill someone who has not voted, not someone who has not posted. But still, I concede I forgot about the majority.

Now in my book Alanna has been lurking most and is thus making me most uneasy. Don't really know about Lavinya. Tigs had a power problem or something? Could be genuine or an excuse to cover her absence...

You suggest Alanna makes you the most uneasy but don't vote.  We know one of the 3 is scum yet you focus on Verbal and actually vote him?  Seems to me like to are trying to derail from the top 3 suspects for some reason and tunneling Verbal.

At this point the player I least suspect is peacesells. His answers have been logical and well thought out, and he got Danya. That's not to say he's not capable of being in some mafia scheme and set something up by lynching a teammate but I'm disinclined to believe that. He's the bottom of my list.

 

Verbal is pinging me. He pinged me earlier on in the game as well, but it what really set the alarm off as such was his whole mystery episode thing. I'm sorry, but when I read that my first thought was "childish." It honestly reminded me of when I was a kid and would pretend or say something to get my way, and then refuse to do it, questioning the validity of the whole thing. I know Verbal is a very good player, and it doesn't sit with me that he would play childishly genuinely - a player of his calibre could well put it on. It's almost hinting that he wants to stand out. I don't like unexplained circumstances and from Verbal its making me uneasy. He's top of the list atm.

 

Tig's excuse may be genuine or not, I have no way of finding out about powercuts, so thats a dead end for me. Could be either way.

 

Lavinya has barely posted as well. Same with Alanna. I understand its busy with Christmas and all, hell I have exams in 3 weeks so thats feasible. Alanna's last post is clearly one of forgetfulness - she's been in a lot of mafia games recently and so got confused.

I'm surprised at those people who are voting someone not in peace's new list.  If he's telling the truth then 1 of those people is mafia (if not more).  If you think he's lying then why aren't you voting for peace?

 

I've already given my thoughts on peace's list, putting [glow=red,2,300]Tigraine[/glow] as my most suspicious of the three.  Now Reyoru and Torrie are strong candidates by voting for Verbal.

I'm not deliberately lurking - I'm in Australia, so i'm around 16 hours ahead of most of you. When you're on a posting storm, I'm sleeping (woke up to 5 pages). When I'm up, there's only a few sporadic posts, and not much to reply to. Also, it's Christmas eve here, and I have a lot of organising to do before all my family arrive tonight for the mother of all christmas eve dinners. Going to be awesome :D. I will try to check in this afternoon, but I may not have another chance to vote until after Christmas, or post for that matter, but I'll try.

 

That three random people thing is scary. There is the possibility, yes, of more than one person being scum on that list, but also of two being innocent, and the wrong one lynched. The reason I said what I did about Verbal being suspicious was not me trying to push people to vote for him. I just read back and now I understand - I didn't realise the list was of three people who MAY have visited during the night. I thought it was three people who had, I assumed it was three people using night actions in some manner on said person. Confusion, that's all. Though I do agree that his 'big saving explanation' was pretty...well empty. It could easily be taken to show he was aligned either direction. *shrugs*

 

Of the three, I suspect myself the least :P. So, I vote

Alanna seems to have the same busyness issue that I have, I don't think being slightly less active in posting makes you scum, though supposedly in another game it does. Absent in both games means absent in general, for the record!

Okay, the question of whether my power outages are real is crazy!  Nae said earlier when Meesh wanted to drop out not to make up stuff like that just to play the game and I think making up a lie about my kids being cold at night would go beyond that.  We have been officially declared a disaster area so I resent those remarks. 

 

At the beginning of the game I was lurking I guess but that was because this is my first mafia game and I didn't even understand the concept.  That's why later on I started posting more even though everything looks suspicious that you say, so does everything that you don't say. 

 

I know it doesn't help my case but I am an innocent.

 

There are 3 votes for me already so will someone tell me what majority is?

Tiggies part of the country really is having power issues.  I have a friend from another site that is begging her mother to come stay with her for fear she'd get too cold at night.  Let's all keep Tigs, and the rest of that part of the country, in our thoughts and prayers and hope they can fix the issue soon!  It's the wrong time of year to not have electricity. (gotta have HEAT!)

I'm gonna be gone for a week starting tommorrow.  I'll try and check in with my iphone but can't make promises.

 

Something everyone should keep in mind now there is most likely 3 cult by now.  That means there could be 2 or 3 mafia left leaving only 5 or 6 town players.

 

That makes our chances of hitting a bad guy 50/50.  Would be nice if the Mafia would take out some cult players as well.

We have had a very Merry Christmas!  My boys loved their gifts and our power hasn't went out in 2 days.

 

Now back to the game....with 4 votes I dare not let it wait.  With our healer dead my understanding is that (as finder) I have no protection so I will probably be killed when night comes.  I wish that I could tell you that I know who is in the mafia but my gut instincts suck!  Everytime I ask about someone they either told about themselves (peace) or they get killed the night I ask about them (DPR). 

 

I'm afraid the only piece of information that I can give you...a lot of you have basically figured out DRAGON IS A SOLO WIN!
