As for Moggie perhaps you can tell us why you couldn't speak?

 

If you are the silencer, I would say that you couldn't speak if you silenced someone (it would be a wierd version of the role), then more than likely you could well be on the Mafia side. Unless someone else is the silencer.

I've just had a thought, I can't see Pandy getting Barm to replace Thorum unless he was mafia too. Barm was a roleblocker rainbow mafia when he was lynched and he would know who the mafia were. Barm would just not be impartial enough to take on an innocent role.

 

Also a thought on the Rainbow bit, maybe he was a turncoat and could go to the side of the townies?

On the flip side, there's also the option that he's given me an important innocent role, or just had me fill in because he didn't want to lose the player.

We really need to hear from DJ. And no matter what, even if he's just had innocent viewings, two nights ought to narrow down our suspect list nicely.

 

Moggy, I do find it really, really strange that you would come back with a post saying that you had been silenced and leave it at that.

 

Mynd had mentioned that he had talked to you while you were silenced, but you don't mention that or give any explanation for being gone.i wonder if you two can corroberate your stories  :P

 

And, if you were silenced, that would mean that we have two silencers? That seems a bit excessive in a game with only 12 players.

 

We really need you to explain what happened to you. Waiting to tell us just makes it look like you are stalling to plan things out with someone else.

I am no longer silenced. This is good. However my viewings doesnt really help us much. I have viewed 2 innocents. I am not allowed to tell whom, due to my role restriction. If I didnt make it clear earlier, I also HAD to reveal, due to a role restriction.

 

However, I have a few thoughts on who is evil.

 

Moggy. Its not a big secret, due to Mynd, that she can link up with people and get to comunicate with them. She linked up with Mynd, and he got silenced due to it. Last day, she linked up with me, and I got silenced. Wich leads me to think, whoever she links up with gets silenced. She most likely has a silencer role that "backfires". She gets silenced whenever she silences someone.

 

Danya. Too Quiet. I know she isnt the one usually around too much, but this is quieter than usual.

 

WES. Whenever he seems innocent, he is guilty. Whenever he is innocent, he dies first day. To mee he seems to helpful. And he is still around.

I am the matchmaker. Every night phase I PM two names to Pandy and for the next phase (that night and day) whatever happens to one of them happens to the other (except lynches). Eg: When I linked with DJ someone targeted us with the silencer power during the night, therefore we were both silenced in the thread for the next day. They can also communicate on a quiktopic link during the day.

On Night 1 I targeted Mynd.

On Night 2 I targeted DJ.

I find this confusing. You pm two names and yet you link with just one of them? So who was the other name each night then, you have only given us one. So your post doesn't make sense to me. Also that means that just be chance the silencer got you or mynd the first day, and your or DJ the second. Seems a bit of a coinencidence!

By looking at DJ's post I would say he hasn't viewed DPR, Moggie and Danya Just a guess mind you, he may have put names out to confuse us. I'm between DPR and Moggie (depending on what she comes back and says) and Barm is still not off my list.

What I did was put in my name both times as well as theirs. I could have put in 'Talya' and 'Wes' to get you two to link.

That makes no sense at all. Especially if you got silenced the first time, you would have never endangered yourself a second time.

 

Factor that in with the coincidence that both times you selected "random" people and both times they just happened to be silenced? No dice.

 

I'm voting for [glow=red,2,300]Moggy[/glow] because this is the strongest lead.

 

Then - we have 7 players still in the game. DJ is the finder and has viewed two other innocents. He then listed Moggy, Danya, and myself as suspects, so I agree with Talya that we three did not get viewed and that one other person has not been viewed either (unless the other person was Dae, which would leave 2 more unviewed).  I'm willing to bet that Mynd has been viewed on Night 1, which leaves a lot of questions, but it won't be the first time. I'm also guessing that Thorum was the Night 2 choice given that he wanted to lynch the finder. heh

 

Which still leaves Talya,  who is by far a good enough player to make the same points about Moggy that I have. And chose not to. I wonder why?  8)

This is why I think that alignments are reversed, and that Barms may have been innocent, and I'm not kidding.

 

DJ was just giving us a comical history lesson - but I don't htink he was really trying to build a case on me based on metagaming and a partial history of the games I've played.

And once again, you choose to ignore the obvious evidence to zero in on me. Do you get special points for getting me lynched or something?

 

I'm really past being able to comment on posts like this. We're either going to get with the program and pull a win for the inn's, or we're going to let ourselves get caught up in nonsense and lose. Ya'll decide...

You jumped real hard on Moggy when the list of names with you on it got real short.  If Moggy were mafia, how come DJ and I aren't jumping on the let's lynch Moggy bandwagon?  I find it very interesting that DJ hasn't agreed with you since he is our finder and all.  He knows who is innocent, so that narrows down the list of who is guilty quite considerably. 

 

I will admit, you actually had me going for a moment...but what the rest of us call REAL EVIDENCE is in the odds.  7 players left...three confirmed innocents in DJ's eyes.  The line has been drawn between us, DPR.  Let's see which side our FINDER decides to go with.  ;D

Because when I had made that post she hadn't said she had put her name down as the other one. I agree that it is odd she should do it a second time. Though if she is telling the truth, she thought it might not happen again. By what she said earlier she put her name down this time as well. Adter twice being silenced you would have thought she wouldn't risk it!

 

Where is Barm, is he silenced? If Moggie is telling the truth the maybe Barm is the silencer (as Thorum he accused DJ and tried to get him lynchedm, if failed), now he could silence himself (or not put a name and go quiet) to make himself look innocent. It would explain why DJ and Moggie were silent and the first night he did Mynd, maybe to protect his partner DPR, who came in accusing Mynd about starting the lynch on Barm (the first) of course Mynd couldn't defend it!

DJ, that's what I am saying.  You have viewed two innocents, which you have not included on that list.  By knowing which two are innocents, plus yourself, that only leaves four players left unviewed. Out of those four, at least one of them is a mafia-scumbag-scummiperson.

 

What puzzles me is why Danya over DPR?  Why go for an inactive rather than a shady active?  There is a lot more evidence against DPR than anyone else.  Going after an inactive like Danya won't really give us much information at all.  It's also pretty safe to assume who their target will be tonight, DJ, so you may have had your last viewing....we are gonna need all the info we can. 

 

If you can bring a more compelling argument on why Danya over DPR, then I am with you...but right now, I see the ring leader before us. And he is a Dred Pirate.

To post or not to post, that is the question...the thought that Mynd is baiting me into posting so much that everyone gets sick of me has crossed my mind. bleh. But I'm confused.

I'm with you on the mafia laying low part - and I am all about following a finder's instincts, especially now. But I need this to make a little more sense. Can you explain how you think the game is set up without breaking your restrictions?
