Before I click on that I'm going to take a stab at my own top 25 sci-fi films. Figured it might be interesting to compare my list with theirs.

Terminator AND T2 in front of E.T.??? Whatever. The top five were pretty accurate, although I'm not a big fan of old timey sci-fi, so I'd put some of the newer ones way ahead of The Day the Earth Stood Still, but meh...

Whatever. I only included GOOD movies in my list. Granted, i watched 2001 when i was 7 and haven't seen it since, so some of the quality i've heard about it may have escaped me at the time. Who knows, maybe someday i'll actually get around to watching it again.

Yeah, I got through the first 20 minutes of 2001 before stopping it. And from what friends who have seen it all the way through said, I'm not missing much.

Not bad, that would pretty much be my list except that I hated E.T. (though I guess I wasn't around when it was a big hit). Also I would have put Return of the Jedi a little higher
