Do I sense a lack of stuff people can talk about?

I can see threads like What is a remnant of a remnant" showing up, and I can clearly remember a previous thread which was about that, and the Two Rivers tabac? We are really lacking things we can write about!

Well Consdering I actually read this Thread...  ;D I think we could talk about making a FAN PLOT. What the fans think should happen in AMOL. And when it comes out we can compare, we can milk a month out of that... and um,  ??? Thats it.

Already been done.

If you ask him really nicely, maybe Luckers will show you the one he did...covered all the bases quite nicely...hard to dispute.

If you get bored, there's always something to do in Fiddlesticks.  ;D

Well, it has been three years since any new WOT material has been released so yah, we are running out of things to talk about.  This is why I'm hoping that the prolouge will get released early.  Then at least we will have that to hold us over unto AMOL comes out.

We will never run out of things to talk about. There's always going to be those issues on which people can't agree on and so discuss endlessly. Also from my experience this time of year is always a little quieter and thats why we see threads like this. :)

What really gets to me is the inevitable Taimandred threads that keep popping up. Get over the idea people, its been outruled by several seperate comments by RJ.

I think there is still a lot to talk about, I just think people dont always form their own oppinions about some stuff and agree with what others say for the sake of not lowering their eyes

There is as much to talk about as we want to talk about. WOT is a big topic, we could discuss the series for many more years. However every forum have it's up and down periods. I think it is more that pepole are lazy with posting than that there is nothing to talk about.

College kids are back in school...strapped for time.
Lazy, no good punks. They should get their priorities straight. Dragonmount first, education later.

Yes. Unless someone wishes to start a thread about turning the movie versions of the series into musicals, with people posting song suggestions. That would keep us busy for a bit, as people rewrite songs to fit situations in the books.

I would advise people not to do that.  Because then I'd have to kill them.

oh dear God, not musicals! Isn't it enough with that "popular" High school musical?
Apparently not, given the popularity of Mamma Mia.

It might almost be worth it, just to see you try.

I don't think Mamma Mia is so popular. Why do I know nothing about it by now? I heard about mamma Mia for so many years ago, but never heard a thing in music class or something.

Mamma Mia is, undeniably, a hugely popular musical.
As of October 30, Mamma Mia! has grossed $409,034,250 internationally and $143,576,790 in the US, for a worldwide total of $552,611,250 all on an estimated budget of $52 million. As of October 24, 2008, Mamma Mia! is the ninth highest grossing movie of 2008 in North America and the sixth highest internationally. It has earned $409,034,250 internationally and $143,576,790 in the US and Canada, making a grand total of $552,611,250, and is 17th on the Box Office Mojo list of movies that never hit #1. As of October 26, 2008, Mamma Mia! is the highest grossing movie musical of all time worldwide. As of October 30, 2008, Mamma Mia! has grossed £66,995,224 in the U.K. making it the second highest grossing film ever in the U.K., behind Titanic (which grossed £68,532,746).
Unless you want to tell me that's not hugely popular?

There is no try.  And even if I was unable to kill you in your heavily-guarded bomb shelter, I'd at least be able to kill the other people who would flock to the topic.  (I have nothing against musicals, by the way.  Just a WOT musical would be bad.)

*To the song Another one bites the Dust by Queen*

Mat walks slowly down the street his brim pulled way down low

Ain't no sound but the sound of feet his staff held ready to go

Are they ready? Hey! Galad's ready to go! Gawyns charging in for the kill

Mat turns strikes hard and the Blood is spilled, LOOK OUT!!

      Gawyn just bit the dust!

I don't know, just had to do it. Now can anyone do better? IT'S A CHALLENGE!!!

Loial sang to the Green Man's tree.

Now he'll sing to the Tree of Life.

The Aiel and Tinkers will sing the Song.

The crops will grow, we'll all live long.

Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la.

Matt and Tuon sitting in a tree.

K.I.S.S.I.N.G. (has that happened yet?)  ::)

First comes marriage.

Then comes love?

We ain't seen the end of them, you better bet.

Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la.

Rand's gonna be a dad but don't know it.

Elayne's gonna have a pair of twins.

Avi's gonna sprout a litter of four.

That's how it all begins...how many for Min?  ::)

Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la.

Thom and Moraine are getting old.

So they'd better not have any kids.

That don't mean they can't have fun.

Just playing the Game of Houses.

And enjoying some Two Rivers tabac together.

AAAAhhhhh.  Life is good.  ;D

Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la.

Do or do not...Do not, definitely.

I wouldn't be in a bomb shelter. I always preferred the offensive to the defensive. I'd be hunting you.
