I guess I'll be waiting until the 6th of Oct to see this. I'm an avid X files Fan so it would hve to be fantastic to beat that. Besides the blonde looks to plastic compared to Gillian Anderson, I like to see more real people on TV!

Ok...let me start by saying that I still like this show, but there is one thing irritating me about it.  In all 3 of the episodes that have aired so far, everything seems to harken back to Dr Bishop's early government research days in one way or another, and if they are going to stay that one dimensional (if that's the right phrasing) then I will end up losing interest in the next few episodes.

I'm OK with Dr Bishop being the only one smart enough (in conjunction with the sanity of his intelligent son) to solve things on every episode, but not when it's only because he conducted similar experiments 17 years ago.

Not bad , but not great so far. Some interesting ideas, like techomancy. Can't decide if it's a conspiracy or a mystery tho. They're asking me to suspend my disbelief, but not giving me alot to go on otherwise. Still, it is better than alot of the mess that's on, plus it comes on right after "House", so there's another hour I don't have to spend feeling feelings.

Thought it was a great show, and am looking forward to see what it looks like when the characters settle into their roles. The show feels like to me a cross between X Files and a more serious Eureka. Loving the special effects and can't wait until Wednesday for the next ep. *rubs hands together in anticipation*

Sorry for bringing this back up, but I have just watched the first episode. WE're a few weeks behind you guys.

I have to admit I liked it. The start very much had the feel of the X Files, but I still enjoyed it. I thought the female character was pretty good despite my first thoughts before watching it. My only problem was that I worked out the mysterious that cropped up, there wasn't much that kept me guessing. But over all I liked it. Whether it will take over the X files in my eyes, I very much doubt it, but I look forward to the next one!

Damnit...they did it again last night.  Mr 'I worked on everything in the past that's becoming relevant now' stepped up to the plate again and stated that he was working on something similar back before he was put in the asylum.  I still like the show...but get a new frickin line damnit!!!

I'm with your Alf.

The ONLY reason I am sticking with this show is Walter.  He really makes me laugh cause that is how I want to be when I get older.

Come on smart FBI.... if all Walter's Ex experiements are showing up... and there were only a select few out there that knew about them... shouldn't you be questioning them.  I mean it is so painfully obvious it is the guy that owns Massive Dynamic.

I watched the first half of the first episode this morning as I was getting ready for work, and I will say I found the old crazy dude to be more annoying than entertaining. However, I won't base my judgement of the show on only a half an episode, so I will finish it when I get home, and I think the premise is enough to watch another episode or two to decide if it's actually worth following.

Well Cads, Walter changes *alot* after that, so try not to judge him from the beginning (then again, I love him and his eccentricities :p)

I'm bummed that it's over until January. Anyone else here that watched all the episodes so far?

I really liked this show.  The constant referral to his old experiments is annoying, but in a way it is the premise of the show.  His old lab partner....the only other person with comprehension of their capabilities, heads up a conglomerate established on the successes of those former breakthroughs.  ;)

And Walter isn't always the one who solves them.  In one episode it was Peter, and another was Claire(?the blonde?) with the info about the experiment in question.

I had to watch all of these online as it came on right as i was getting kids to bed and getting ready for work.  But, I will continue.  ;D
