"No, I mean something else....." Thorum looks back at Dsage. Then he slips a few weapons out of their harnesses and grabs the rope.

"Let's get this done. We have a lot of ground to cover."

The cross is brought out, glowing blue, and laid on Thor's skin. Nothing.

He replaces his weapons as he stands.

"Has anyone decided on a strategy?"

I don't think we can discount the idea that someone inactive was turned.  If we go back and recheck everyone not only will we waste another 24hrs but we're not any closer to the master vampire.

Just one question: how do you expect to lynch 3 vampires in one day, if we cannot even reach 3 lynches a day...

Verbal steps into the center of the room. A storm must have blown over the castle, because the rumble of thunder shakes the walls and the flashes of lightning are coming through the trap door.

"We should be moing on. We can't just stay here."

Everyone slowly turns to look at Verbal.

'What did you say?"

"Just that we should move on. We're like sitting ducks here. Two vamps have already made it in, and we are not exactly striking fear in their hearts."

He pulls a pistol from his belt and slides the action back for effect.

The rest of the group move all at one time, pinning Verbal to the floor, and putting the noose around his neck and pulling hard. He starts to thrash, choking...

"Put the cross on him! Fast!"

You do. As soon as it touches his skin, nothing happens.

"let him up!"

Verbal loosens the noose, gasping for air.

"I would have laid down! I was just saying we should move on! Let's not be so jumpy!"

Heads nod in agreement. There is a metal door at the end of the room. You swing it open and look down a passage way that can't have been used in over a hundred years. Not by anything with feet anyhow...

You light a torch and start walking.
