1.Why did you first join DM?

Was reading the books. Googled it. Had no idea what RPing was. Joined DM (pre-split).

 

2.How long have you been at DM?

It will be 7 years on August.

 

3.How many different name changes have you done? If any can you remember any of them?

I went by Nynaeve Maryim at first. Now just Nynaeve. Not much of a change lol

 

4.Who was at DM when you joined but may no longer be here?

Well.. most of them are RP... but... Zanthia, Meri, Myrelle, Brownyn, Aric, Kare'ell, Cerianth, Rayne... and I can go on, but I won't. Too many people leave. Damn them all :P

 

5.Why did you join SG?

Noggy dragged me into it. See, you do have who to blame, Roka  *g*

 

6.How long have you been at SG?

Good question. I really have no clue... prolly around 5 years or a bit more.

 

7.Who was at SG when you joined that may no longer be around?

I'd say Monca, Nargbert and Noggy. Roka is still about occasionally... mmmm.... MJF... ST... SR....Sebulba... can't think of more that are no longer around.

 

8.What are some of your favorite moments in DM/SG?

My first few years around. It was all very new and I was crazier and bouncier  lol

 

9.Funniest person you ever posted with on DM?

Noggy, without a doubt.

 

10.Most annoying person you ever posted with on DM?

Spazzy. Sometimes too informative, IMO :P

A random thread on "Who killed the DM server". Hilarious as hell.

 

15.Favorite member ever?(though this may be difficult to pinpoint for most)

I'll stick in SG, cause DM wide would be hard to answer. At this moment, my favorite member ever is Demi :)

1.Similar to you, think I stumbled across it and joined because I was into the books.

 

2.Roughly between 3-5 years (tail end of old DM)

 

3.One name change, no idea what it was anymore.

 

4.The only one I can really think of is semi god.

 

5.Who doesn't want to be evil?

 

6.Been at SG since the start, joined SG, aiel and the band at the start.

 

7.Again the only one I can remember is semi god

 

8.One of my favorite moments was the master dude was relatively new and cocky, me and demi went lightful hunting with him as the prey.

  Another was getting min's thread banned in fiddles because me and one of the other fiddlers were being so bad with inuendo alys just locked it down.

 

9.Funniest person would have to be either demi which I posted with alot when I rejoined as Bad Co, also I remember going through like 5-10 pages of spam overnight in fiddles with toy and minion I think. thus the name rompy and stompy came about that day and I've kept it since. We were just saying random crap the whole time too.

 

10. Most annoying and don't get annoyed at this but is jelly, min at least brought good targets with her animal throwing. Jelly is really very nice, anywhere else she would have been fine but this is SG.

 

11. Most respected person is tough, there are alot of authoritive people around.

 

12.Rox is pretty knowledgeable, alys kitch is as well on messanger.

 

13.Demi would have to be there as such a random person, some of the fiddlers up there too. Redfern and the likes are completely random so it's fun to post around them

 

14.Most random moment would be when I joined, I was just knew and I think semi god posted something about coming out of the closet while spamming, the rest writes itself really.

 

15.I couldn't really say a favorite member ever.

After reading the books I found I couldn't stop thinking about them...

Something like 8 months..since November 07

I came here originally because of RJ's blog, hoping to find out when the next and final installment would be published, and periodically checked on his health.  When he passed, I decided to sign up for the forums and post my condolences.

Registered for the forums in October '07

None yet, and don't plan on any.

Loved WOT, and I wanted to talk about it with people who loved it also.

Over three and a half years now. I started lurking in October of 2004 but officially joined in Jan. of '05.

I've only ever been this name. :P

Yeesh, lots of people.

Tayol, and MJF were sending me a bunch of pm's trying to get me to join, so I finally broke down and did!

Since March of '05

Lots of people: MJF, SR, Doe, Darlantan, Kiara, Facade, etc.

 

8.What are some of your favorite moments in DM/SG?

The White Tower invasion where we were restricted to talking in typo; IRC chat with MJF, Roka, Hax, Apoc, Pandy and Chilli; and lots of other random times.

I'd have to go with Twitchy, he's a funny guy if you catch him on the right day. ;)

Hmmmm...I have a lot of respect for Empy and Kivam.

Eh, these are forums....everything is pretty random.

Madj, Pandy, Hax and Alaksuliel, and I also <3 Demi and Twitch and Nyn. I've felt warm fuzzies for Roka off and on, and some non-SG people as well. I obviously don't have a favorite, but I really enjoy spending time with a lot of people here. :D
