"Two drinks on me, Mr. Barman, I'll take a Strawberry Daiquiri for my boy Blig here, and a scotch on the rocks for myself," The Dude says, slurring his speech a little bit.

The barman serves the drinks, and passing them over to The Dude, goes back to polishing the barrel on a very nasty looking moose rifle. Grabbing the drinks he wander's over to where Blig is laying prone on Luthine. Grimacing at how ungentleman like young Blig was being to the fair lass Luthine. 'I mean, laying on her in the middle of a bar? No, thats not wrong at all.' The Dude thinks as he grimaces.

Setting the drinks down on the table his hands seem to hover over the drinks for a moment, and as he turns to Blig, Jelly notices a small empty phial slip up the Dude's sleeve.

Hauling Blig to his feet, The Dude hands the Blog a drink, who takes a sip, and after a few minutes, seems to slump into his chair, looking like he is sleeping, aside from the wide open eyes that are glazed with death.

 

You search the corpse for anything you can find, and you see a note stuffed in his pocket, looking like it was waiting to be hidden in an obscure corner of the room. It read:

 

'I know who you are,

I'm on your side.

Please let me join you,

I'd love to kill somebody.'

 

Blig Blog, the Symp is dead. It is now night, night ends whenever I wake up and get on my computer on Tuesday morning/afternoon.

You sit there drowning in your drink, glaring at everyone in general, and nobody in particular. Its been a long first hour, and the night seems to be dragging onward. Suddenly out of the corner of your eye you notice the bartender bend down below the bar and come out with an AK-47 and starts blasting it across the room. You see Winter Mist and Vemynal go down in the first second, and with a start at the noise you jump up and yell, and realize that you are standing there in a cold sweat, and everybody is staring at you. Nothing has happened at all, you had drifted off.

 

Oh but wait, not true at all! Something had happened, likely while you were making a scene. Mayleigh, a roleless innocent is crumpled on the floor in an expanding pool of blood. She has a knife in her heart.

 

It is now day 2. with 10 people alive, it takes 6 to lynch. Day 2 ends Friday night at midnight, as thats when I get off work. Of course, it could end a little later than that, but you get the idea.

okay, end of pity remarks, starting.....  now.

 

i'm gonna re-read before voting.  it's not like we have much to go on but i want to see anyway.  it's standard (though this could be different in this game) that the symp knows the mafia, but the mafia don't know the symp.  i don't know that that will be useful, but it's about all i can think to go on for now.

just to give fair warning guys, i'm a little tied up right now, so it probably won't be till tomorrow that i can look through this stuff.  just sayin'.  :(

 

and on a sidenote, i'll warn you all to not trust what i have to say too much; i can easily make mistakes here.  8)

 

you're actually overestimating my capabilities naeann, when you say i "figure stuff out."  cuz figuring requires some real thought, and i'll be totally honest and say that i don't think about my moves that much at all in these games.  how that continues to work out for me as it does makes no sense to me, but it were best to remember that every once in a while i get bitten right in the ass when i start guessing stuff.  :P

Two other people that are still alive did not vote though.  FDM and Daetirion.  FDM, I believe it was mentioned, makes a point of not voting on the first day and she hasn't been around a lot to post one way or the other.  I think she's only posted the once.  Daetirion didn't make any vote on the first day either.  It could have been Luthine - she didn't vote.  For sheer lack of participance I'd be more inclined to vote for FDM, but that's not concrete yet.

my reason for everyone voting: at least we have some information to go on, if the mafia nightkills someone who has given no information day 1 then we are stuck day 2 with less information.

 

Someone is gonna die, the more innocent players who vote the better odds of getting an evil because % wise the evils will have less voting influence.

Alright alright I'm here. I'm having some troubles with my internet access, so be patient with me.

 

Yes, I do not place a vote on the first day. This will never ever change for me. It's my thing, and it's consistent. The only time I would ever change that is if some evil mod made it part of my freaking role (which wouldn't surprise me someday :P).

 

And I love being Finder. The two times I was Finder, I found evils literally 95% of the time. It's pretty much made of win!

 

As far as who is pinging me, I have a couple people in mind actually. I'm a little leery of anyone placing all their faith in dude, since he really does just make guess work of a lot of it. But he does get lucky, so I can see where they care coming from, even if I don't really agree. Since we are required to make game related posts, I'm sure we'll hear from those who are quiet soon. 

 

but it were best to remember that every once in a while i get bitten right in the ass when i start guessing stuff.

My thoughts to Barm experimenting are along the lines of his time limits, his requirements on posting, and that sort of stuff. I don't know that there is anything too complex in game that he wouldn't have told us about, since he has been entirely forthcoming about everything else.
