Surely the hammer will take account of the voting dead? Mafia cannot overwhelm Town just by voting quickly? What defense do we have against that?

She she said she parceled to Dice after he was revealed.  There was no CC to dispute she had it night 0.

I don't think the role is alignment indicative but you are incorrect here.

So why did she just deny passing it to Dice when I suggested it seemed unlikely the Siren would randomly target Dice? Convince me I'm being paranoid here.

She was implying she never announced before that person died like Gud did.  Gud in the game before Dice's death said she sent him a package and that was later confirmed and verified he claim as cop.

I didn't deny. I just said I never told the game who I'd passed it to.

Majority vote number is determined by the living... but the Dead can still vote if they chose that form.

 

So mafia still have 4 and there might only be 7 alive come morning... or less if peeps do look at the Siren and the Siren chooses them.

 

So 4 mafia (Inc the symp) equals majority.

 

So it's gonna be fastest finger wins.

The majority for the hammer takes into account all voters not just those alive? So a minority mafia cannot overwhelm town because they have internal communication?
