God, I'm horrible at being an innocent.

Every time I've been murderer I've either won or come very close to it.

 

Like, in the really big Black Ajah hunt game at WT, where there was like, 4 people that could ask a yes or no question about the murderers, it was one day away from Endgame, and everyone started to lynch me via random freaking vote, so I PM'd 3/4 of the people that had voted for me (talking outside the game thread was allowed for everyone) saying that I was one of the finders. So, everyone PM'd me back, and eventually switched the vote to some innocent.  ;D Anyway, Jason PM'd me with a big paragraph saying that he was the head of a group of innocents, that's got 2 Chosen(questioners) in it already, (and we'd already night killed one) and he said that he'll tell the Chosen to ask questions about me to make sure I was Chosen.  My compadre and I, I think it was Karana, well, of course we thought it was complete bull, and ignored him, didn't even think about Night Killing him.  Horrible mistake  >:(, turns out Jason was Chosen, and actually was head of a group of innocents.

 

Blargh.

I think that was my second game.

They lynched karana the next day out of complete randomness.

I was wondering how you came up with Leelou. Alys and I both agreed with Naeann's choice to protect herself, and I definately didn't expect to see any name other than Naeann's or SboydW's.

 

Although I'm wondering... 1-4? Who was the 4th? There was 5 people left, and 2 of you were evil, which means there'd only be 3 possible choices.

 

Random kills is an absolutely brilliant tactic in the right circumstances - like this. It's, er, probably best for my ego that I didn't play this game. :P

 

heh, blame Thorum for the brilliant random selection plan. At first when I read his pm I started writing "no no we should do" blah blah blah.

 

Then thinking about it, it made more sense then just lynching leelou since it had no pattern to it.

 

And barm, why not leelou's name? i agree with you. it was she who above everyone else had the least reason to be night killed. And if blocked would have proved a likely evil innocent.

 

It was because of this that it was perfect to night kill her since we needed only this night kill to win.

 

But yeah, thorum master minded the 'random vote" idea which won it for us.

 

Funny how in the end both his and my plan came down to the same decision.

 

Now nae, i think you need to beat my ego back into its box.

and Safir if you ever have an evil try to get it out asap...why beacuse if you are night killed you will never be able to tell what you know. As the healer hadn't gone, it was her job to then save you at night so you can carry on viewing. But it is so difficult for a first game...well done

There were only 3. I posted the numbers with names to myself in a pm, and it was

1) Soy

2) leelou

3) naeann

 

Vemy chose number 2.

Why? Because, basically, we had no idea who was protector, so it was just 1 chance in 4 that we would kill the same guy the protector protected (he/she could also have protected me). Random. And yes, Nae, I speculated on who you'ld protect as well. I guessed boyd.

 

About the night 3-lynch: we discussed it very long and were almost sure we'ld lynch Nae, and that Vemy would finder-reveal afterwards. But Vemy was not very sure of his abilities so we blowed it up.I still don't believe how you all believed his fake claim. He posted probably 10 times between Safir's and his own reveal, between wich almost every post was about a fake finder needing to reveal immediately.

 

Sorry, Safir. If I were innocent, I would NEVER have changed my vote. You did well to reveal, and I'm sorry again. It's a harsh game, but you've played it very well.

 

Nae: this was my third game as well. And in all three, I survived till endgame (first time I reach the very end, though). And I play it a lot with friends and in the playground (as supervisor).

Not to pile on, but she gave you a sherriff claim, which is as solid as you can get, and Vemy gave you a counterclaim only when he was forced to . . . and coincidentally matched her viewings precisely.
