You think Lenlo looks good because of Hallia's treatment?  I didn't have a pairing for them in my notes (in either direction), but i could see where Mafia!Hallia tries to sneak a read on a teammate for really no reason like that.  Especially someone that's kind of lower volume and might not get a lot of control in the thread.  

 

The only person I thought had overt teammate equity with Hallia was Kat.  I noted that after Kat said she wasn't interested in lynching AJ or me - which I thought was deserved - or Nyn and Hallia.

The Cass thing comes from a point I remember from Tripped about how scum!Hallia seemed to be pocketing and she doesn't think they interact like that teamed. 

 

Lenlou was because she was calling her town with  no real progression. She couuuuld call a teammate town just because, I can't deny that, but giving town reads for nothing seems risky as teammates to me.

 

WhatI mean by my AJ thing too (I think it was @Cass who asked. I skimmed just now in the shop). If AJ is the type of person who would complain in the scum qt, Hallia would be more aware of the AJ/lenlou argument. Her posts didn't have any progression there, so lack of knowing I guess (though that could just be my thing for it).

IIRC I think Hallia’s intro was calling Cass town and voting her? Could’ve been trying to set her up as a peek. Makes sense from that POV that it was pockety.

I'm re-reading the entire thread right now and reviewing Hallia's posts.  She definitely had Cass lumped into her "town core" during it.  I don't remember where it came from... I think it was a mutual confusion over the setup and how it worked.  Doesn't seem super M/M to me, and I feel good about Cass in general outside of the abstain (which I thought she answered pretty convincingly)

I'm also not sure what you mean about Seph in regards to Darc.  Do you mean him questioning you clearing her, or his stance on her?  

 

His "push" on you seems like an over reaction at best, but I'm ~okay with him not writing her off for now.  I would be really damn surprised if she's mafia.  I know Darc.  He doesn't.  And he doesn't know Tripped as well as I do to know to sheep her there lol

It’s hindsight bias af but in retrospect, Darc looks really good from D1 interactions with flipped scum. Thus raising her likelihood of being Town, even without taking into consideration the lengths Tripped went to explaining how she thought Darc was town. Mafia still gotta push somebody, and a lot of Seph’s interactions D1 revolved around questioning Darc, which isn’t damning in itself because it’s D1 but still something to consider imo.

 

IRT Lenlo, his biggest impact this game was pushing me for saying I wanted to leave Nyn alone to see if she’d start to show more. It’s one of the weirder events in the game that I can’t really wrap my head around, but looking at it from a world where Nyn is a wolf with Len, it makes a little more sense why he’d highlight that specific thing to make me look bad.

Fair enough on the Seph thing.  I wasn't thinking from it as a "he was focusing on a probable townie on D1" perspective but from today.  You're right that maybe he looks a hair worse, but even being pretty sure she's town, I'm not overly worried about it.  I think Seph had a pretty solid D1, just on the basis of figuring things out and asking the right questions.  If I'm feeling motivated, I'll go back and re-read with a bias, but I was leaning town on her DURING day phase and it didnt' bother me then.

 

Eh... probably will have to agree to disagree on Lenlo/Nyn.  I understand the argument - Mafia!Lenlo knows Mafia!Nyn is mafia, so he calls attention to you leaving her alone for very little... if she ever flips, he has ground to push you.  Even if she doesn't, he can point out you're TMIing her if she's town or defending her if she's teamed with you.  

 

I think between the two of you, I would be much more concerned about you than him if Nyn is mafia.  I realize this is definitely a level 1 read, but you defending a teammate seems a lot more plausible than him indirectly attacking a teammate by attacking you for defending his teammate... all pre-flip.

Nyn being town makes the AJ/Lenlo spat a hell of a lot more interesting to me, and I'll be honest - I don't know how to read either of them.  

 

I'm probably just going to stop doing rabbit hole double pre-flip associative reads and focus more on figuring stuff out based on what I already know/feel.
