I want to point out that two of the three DPR put as his highest suspects aren't for mafia indicative reasons, which gives him the excuse that "oh I think they just needed to be removed from the game" if they flip town. I have Marsh in my slight town pile and NB in my null pile.

Why this team would work, Leelou and DPR are known to have good friendly chemistry so distancing would logically put everyone's back up. Kat has many people calling her town atm, so DPR adding his "vote of confidence" here is not unsafe. Pengu is the team wildcard. Let him loose see what he can shake up but throw him out if he gets too far in over his head.

So let's humor pengu's idea that it is mafia aligned. 

first point still stands that the killer would not also be the redirector so say Pengu is the redirector, he doesn't have the ability to also kill Marsh, and besides why would you even want to?

second point, in no world does it make sense to kill the person you redirected onto you. If you're redirecting them on to you, then you're pretty sure they don't have a kill in the first place. This leads me to think since I'm almost positive pengu is mafia that the redirect is town aligned since it was night one and there was no real way to know what ability Marsh had.

third point, say we throw out points one and two as inconsequential, in no world does mafia kill Marsh after his amount of pressure day one anyways so Pengu's logic that if he were mafia and redirected Marsh's ability onto him he wouldn't let marsh live does not add up.
