Against my typical lack of effort early - I have 2 observations:

 

1. Eldrick - looking pretty townie. Mostly bc of how erratic his posting is. Super inconsistent and lazy tagging of the posts. Gut says Scum Eldrick adheres closer to the rules when advised. 

 

2. Dragoon - felt the need for super early over effort with reads on garbage posting and his tagging is pristine. Dude is dirty Scum.

 

3. Calder - The Scum that was Promised.

Ok 2 things.

First, this is the only game-related post he has. What issues do you have with it?

 

Second, I searched for his posts to get this, and our current setup isn't filtering properly. Use something unique that won't be said in the game.

I am not going to pass the buck and not even attempt to make reads on new players to the site or even just new players to me. So all the this is "null" b.s. means nothing to me. I don't believe in null anyway since it inherently assumes that players don't react to their meta or intentionally counter it. Each game is unique.

 

As for how often I am right with this type of read. I would have no idea how to answer that. I don't track any mafia stats or anything.

Null isn't about meta. It literally means that the subject in question is neither suspicious, nor does it sound good/look genuine.

 

My point about Dragoon remembering the tag both times is about habits. We are used to playing a certain way, so the change is difficult to remember.

 

Being this is all new to him, it's easier imo to remember to add the tag, ergo null.

 

For the record, they aren't working.

btw I hate day1. I don't post a lot during it because I don't see how anyone can honestly make a case on D1. 

 

Also I have not played in a loooong time... Dice seems normal as of right now... that's about the only person I would venture a read on but it's WAY too early in the game to be reassured by that. A lot of these people I barely know, much less know in mafia context.

Hi Calder,

 

My first post was to inform dice he was oh so WRONG (sorry mate)

 

My second post was to reply to Cass who asked me what my reads were. If you think my reads are basically saying nothing. You're right!!! It's day one of my first game of mafia ever

and I have no idea of what's going on.

 

In regards to my tagging. I am working on the premise that if Nyn says to do something I should do it (I like both my knee caps to keep functioning)
