This from Shad is enough for me to believe he is Town. Even if he changes his mind about me, I can't fault him if i say something stupid from here on.

Under the assumption Arie is mafia, this post is a complete buddying up to Shad after they submit a NK on him. If she can get Shad to say something nice about her before night ends, it helps her case a lot.

ok so the tl;dr: of that quote jumble last page is that BG basically said "it's scummy to post jokes because then you can use them to justify votes later" and I think he's just making shit up

Expand

Ehh.... not really. The point of that jumble of posts you quoted was a confusion on my part as I didn't notice the setup was open when I was catching up on the ~13 pages I subbed in at. With a closed setup, then jokey role-claims are way more crucial. So it all ended up being null in the end on that point.

Plus there was the whole weird business of him initially accusing AJ of it and then lol oops they were all Cory posts and I got the two of you mixed up in my head

I dunno like

derp clear denied?

*shrug* It's what happened. Though slight correction, it was more that I merged Cory and AJ into one person on first read. Cory started linking people together and generally I don't like that. Turns out his linking was actually just normal Cory strategy of trying to build a solid town base, so that works well for him.

So far, reading through SHAD, AJ, AMEGA and CORY, I feel that our best bets are looking closely at Lenlo/Dice and Ironeyes (Marsh).

Niniel and Kaylee seem to have the least amount of eyes on, Niniel more so, so unless there is a reason why people are marking them as town, I find that distance interesting as a non-meta-reading player.

Darthe I am begining to feel is a dangerous bear to poke without a really good read that gives him away one way or the other.

BG I want to vote off just because of his offense in my direction and that feels more of a reactionary feeling then a genuine read.

Back to Arie for a moment. This post is a big ball of fluff. Nothing substantial is being said here. Every single person Arie is wishy washy opinion on and gives her leeway to vote anyone.

Dice and March = Need to look closely
Niniel and Kaylee = Not enough eyes on them
Darth = Dangerous to poke

BG = OMGUS

Thanks for that Marsh. Better get this all out before someone hammers:

Lean Town:

Kaylee, Niniel, Dice

*shrug*:

Marsh, Darth

Scum Lean:

Arie

I'm trying to wrap my head around why you'd put BG at L-1 with 25 hours till deadline. Why the rush?

Feels wolfy while trying to appear townie. We could've gotten more info from letting it stay tied until tomorrow.

Kaylee has been inquisitive and reassesing positions all game. She is definitely working out who's who and posting her thoughts about why. Sometimes I agree with her, sometimes I don't.

Niniel I originally FOS'd about her vote on  AJ, but I feel like her reaction was appropriate and hasn't done anything to make me think she's not town from that. A lot of her play has been more reactionary than I'd hope for, but that's ok.

Lenlo I never had a problem with originally. Just kind of bland white bread. Dice has been doing due diligence to catch up and post his legit problem solving thoughts along the way, so he's on my lean town list.

Darth is kind of reactionary. Not sure what to make of it. He always thinks I'm mafia in every game I'm in if I remember right though. He has been kind of slippery when people ask him direct questions and flipping the script and then people forget he never really answered the question. So I'm upset at that.

Arie, I've made my cases for.

Forgot Marsh: Marsh I didn't have a positive or negative feeling towards. He's just kind of been there and active but kind of like a gray man... my mind just slips past him all the time... which... I even forgot to add him to my list, lol. Him putting me at L-1 was a weird move though (which he has now undone) for town.

If BG is scum Marsh could be his partner. Marsh with the putting him at L-1 could be busing while trying to look townie, and then unvoting when it was pointed out.

I could be wrong on Marsh, but it didn't look or feel townie at all.

:P You guys are obsessed. And the style is jsut sooo different, where "instinct" isn't something you guys use. I can't pull put posts BG's pinging on an insubstantial level. The point of mafia is lying. And if a wolf is consistant allg ame long they are very good at hiding. BG for me feels like mafia because I simply do not believe the things he's tossing out. Thus, insubstantial.

And I'm okay with you guys taking me out (since my math is worth crap). Then you guys can get over the fact that i'm not scum and chase someone else. :P

I don't think Marsh is a wolf with BG, but I do think BG is a wolf.

I also want to vote Arie on the above AtE however.

Tough choices to be made.

I keep coming back to this wondering if they could both be wolves.  We really haven't discussed it but it feels like no, though I can't articulate why.

Okay.. for one, if both of us are suspicious, and both of us are wolves.. why are we going after the other? It doesnt' actually vindicate ourselves.. (although maybe it might help me since that would be twice voting and lynching a wolf... but eh, even I know that it doesn't work that way.)

Maybe because they keep pointing at each other.

This line of thought is the seeds of a wolf win and has done the most so far to dissuade me from lynching Arie. "Kill BG! Whoops, he's town. Better kill Arie. Whoops, she's town too... Suckers!"

I'm of the opinion that Arie or I should die today. I'm town. If I die, you can all at least consider what I've been saying, but at that point I'm convinced either Darthe or Arie are scum. Darthe has officially moved to my scum list.

@Darthe

Let's discuss some more since you brought it up:

Scenario 1:
Both BG and Arie are Mafia.
----------
The past two days have been an elaborate distancing plan to play one of us as a deepwolf. One of us gets lynched today, which shows that nothing they have said is reliable. Tomorrow you are still left wondering if the other person is a wolf and thanks to Darthe the town might actually lynch the other and we both go down giving Town an epic win. All hail Darthe!

Scenario 2:
One is Town, one is Mafia.

----------
If town is lynched, lots of pressure on the other the next day. They'd pretty much be risking their entire cover to take out one town's person. The next day there'd be a high chance the mafia would get lynched. If wolf is lynched today, town is now still left wondering if the other is also a wolf (thanks to Darthe's comment) and confusion reigns. Darthe has set up protection for himself tomorrow if a wolf is lynched today.

Scenario 3:

Both are Town.
-----------
One of us is killed as town. "One of them MUST have been a wolf!" cries the town. The other get's killed and game is over.

In summary: If Arie or I flip town, Darthe should be lynched tomorrow.
