I'm officially on the trust Cory train now though after Day 1. Doesn't mean I agree with his methods or who's in his town core though. Personally I think that Arie or Nini are the best to look at for tomorrow.  Nini feels like it may have been an executed plan. His spat with her feels like purposeful cooked up WIFOM to me. Arie's random vote switch is also odd to me. Corey seems to think there's no good reason for it if she were scum, but I disagree. If AJ was a planned sacrifice then that's a valid opinion. I got a few more minutes so I continued to read a little. This is the post that really got me to suspect BG. We have four people that lynched mafia but BG focused on two of them right away. That is really backwards thinking. He can´t go after Cory anymore because that would be stupid. He doesn´t go after Shad because ??? (Because he doesn´t think he will get him lynched? He was active and worked good with Cory.) Why would mafia plan to sacrifice AJ at all? 

 

It feels like he is afraid of getting a too strong town core and need to focus on one of the weakest links that he wants to get rid of. And by weakest I mean me that isn´t as active or as good compared to others and Arie that is new.

What I wanted to say is that I hope I don´t read the thread and try to get posts just to confirm my suspicions. I know I get stuck on things and have a hard time changing my mind. But until that point on page 26 it feels like the easiest thing to say that Arie is town and BG is mafia.

I said you looked better lately during night,  but your still in POE. Could've put you with Marsh and Arie. Your play lately, while better, still doesn't scream town too me. You were in my bottom for not helping town. You hadn't done much. 

 

Why would I move townies down my list when nothing they've done changed my mind on them? I changed my mind on Arie with what was pointed out. That and what I was slightly town reading her on was weak. My reads change when the people in them have done different things. Leno was on my bottom D1, he, now Dice,  changed based on interactions. Don't make it sound like none of my reads have ever changed because that's not true.

He was on the bottom for lack of game play D1. I have liked recent posts and feel like he's putting in effort lately. However I don't feel it's enough to have him higher than Arie/Marsh. So partly POE

Overall I still think her vote was opportunistic and against everything she'd said so far. By the time she voted it was clear Cory would probably lead the vote.

 

Concerning Shad's questions: Main thing I remember him asking though was why I didn't come after him for false claims. Originally I stated he seemed to be playing behind a false persona, Cory vouched for him. I also mentioned later I missed the open setup thing till it was pointed out later on my initial reads. So I figured following up on my AJ vibe was a better idea. Turned out I'd mixed up some of AJ and Cory's posts in my head.

Just want to note, we're running out of favorable conditions for the village. We take one wrong vote today, wolf kills another and I -think- that's game. If you are hesitant about me, I charge you, don't vote for me. I'm not leading this game in the way that Darth, BG and Dice are and my best guess is that two of them are Wolves. Follow where they point will end this game.

About Arie: Cory voted AJ and then asked me to join him. I joined him because I didn´t think AJ has said much and because he hadn´t moved his starting vote on Lenlo although the eod was comming. Then Arie joined me 2 minutes later. Before that, she was voting Lenlo. Before that she was voting Amega. It seemed like she tried to get a majority lynch. She had reasons for Amega but said that she didn´t have much reasons for Lenlo, just joined the biggest wagon at the time. Then she joined me on AJ. She didn´t have to bus AJ since was already on the biggest wagon. She could simply have left her vote on Lenlo. I don´t think AJ would have time to coach her to bus him since she joined me just 2 minutes later. I don´t think a new player just bus without "orders" on her first game here. To me it´s easier to see this as a townie vote. It´s the simplest conclusion. I could be wrong but that is how I see it right now. 

 

AJ kept his vote on Lenlo for a long time and didn´t move it until he voted me for voting him. I guess that gives bonus points to Dice.

 

BG didn´t comment on AJ´s wagon at all. He had suspected AJ before but had realised that he had mixed him up with Cory and voted Cory instead. Still weird that he didn´t comment on AJ´s wagon.

 

Darthe and Marsh never voted. I´ll see if they gave any reasons for it later. It´s fun that Marsh said that as mafia he just joins the easiest lynch but here he didn´t vote at all.

For BG the best I got is his looking like he's trying to figure things out. So not much. Arie has seemed genuine and un coached. I don't have specific quotes for either.

I didn't actually agree with his reason for voting Lenlo. I just liked his response to me questioning the vote. At the time very little was happening, and "stirring the pot" sounded like a reasonable motivation to drop a vote.

I'll answer this even though you're dead. RIP Shad, thanks for everything. 

Darthe ended up where he is on my list by default. He isn't genuinely scummy in my book, but he isn't quite as towny as the people I have above him. Like I said, he's town until I have to tinfoil, which isn't likely since BG and Arie are more scummy than he is.

My top townie is now Niniel, and it's almost exclusively a tone read. Her first few posts of the game started that, and even her most recent ones confirm it. Example:

Hmm. Tied trains, both on people in my POE. I'm waffling between the one voice in my head that says, "Don't vote yet, cause if you're wrong one of the scum will jump on and hammer," and the other one that says, "It's not LYLO yet, they'd never do something so obvious. Plus both of the people you think are scum are voting each other."
