FWIW i get where you’re coming from. LZM could be a disinterested townie but that doesn’t automatically make Lenlo scum, for instance. Idk - I just feel like for him to vote Sooh and call it a coin flip when there’s more than enough content (IMO) to make a read on both her and Ben is a bad look. Could be disinterest. Could be intentionally not opening up. I don’t see his process and I can’t read his mind.

Look... I feel conflicted irt the lenlo/lzm pairing prolly the most. Closely followed by SK/Aquilla. I'm doing what I can but it's just hard to discern with them for obvious reasons. So it's not really gonna be a cut and dry deal... it is what it is. Either way a decision is going to have to be made *shrug*
I’m in the same place regarding those two matchups. SK isn’t doing anything at all and I have no base to read Aquilla from.

If LZM had said it was a coin flip between those two I could understand. Sooh/Ben though? Not so much.

While I don't have anything to base it on, could be that he just doens't know how to read us. I mean, I'm far from certain on Ben, and reading me has confused most of you guys in the past.

I suppose that’s valid too. I could just be overly critical I guess, but on the other hand I’d rather not talk myself into giving LZM a town read over seeing what he brings to the table himself. Know what I mean?

Think Sooh/Ben could be t-t but not sure how confident I am in the Ben read

I’m sort of in the same place. Much more confident on Sooh, by a lot.

I guess I just don't see the urge to win his pairing, which means as scum he's basically throwing in the towel. Sure he might be the one scum puts back in the game, or he'll still have a vote, but it's just not logical to me to not see him try harder to win his pairing and gain the advantage. With that in mind, Ben with his "you should vote me to move on in the game because I need the experience" is the polar opposite and part of why I'm still not sure about Ben.

What if LZM/Lenlo are both mafia?

They could be. If that's the case, we won't be able to get rid of them I suspect. Then whoever loses will be resurrected and live to play on.

In later iterations of this game it would be interesting if you could exclude a m/m pairing. m/traitor could still happen though.

The setup isn’t that complicated, I think. It’s the same with the idea that you wanna keep people you think are town alive by voting for their opponent in the matches so they can advance. We need the bracket to be full of townies and all the scum voted out, we win at that point. Scum control who “faces” who which is wifomy but also valuable for some preliminary reads. Also just because you don’t advance in the tournament doesn’t mean you’re out of the game. So you become stump-ish in essence if you don’t get killed after D1.

I need to not read when I'm only have paying attention, this was the post that caught my eye, but it's not by Nyn lol. For some reason I thought that Nyn had talked about the setup, but that's obviously not here. I blame Ben.

Why is this TMI?

What I mean is, earlier you were talking with verb about the chances of a m-m pairing, so how does that factor into your read of LZM could be town for not fighting?

Even when I dont do anything wrong im a wolf apparently :(

lol I don't think doing something wrong is something to read wolves on. The fact that you can so closely replicate your town game when scum is impressive in my eyes.

Going to go to bed and hope for tons of posts from the lower posters while I'm asleep.

It doesn't really. Thinking that possibly one pair could be m/m isn't going to help me at all today in terms of voting, so speculating on it seems to be a waste of time really when I can't cause both sides of a pair to lose.

it's not, but for some reason at a glance I had considered it to be. Somewhere along the lines of "they were talking about the setup so they likely knew more about it" which somehow equaled tmi. It's a read I threw out because it wasn't good.
